We want our activity to develop the culture of observation of nature and wildlife in our region, some of the places where we go are NOT common tourist destinations and depend on you coming to visit them so that the owners (families or communities) see the benefit of conserving your forest and not destroy it.
We are implementing the adoption of one tree per group, in this way, doing tourism with us you give one more inhabitant to the forest and leave a greener world.
We have good teams and professionals of good level who speak English and Spanish, we are qualified for the activity and we have more than ten years of experience.
These walks are healthy because we do them in places with very little traffic, we are almost always the only group in the area.
Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Amateur birdwatching excursion in the historic sanctuary of Bosque de Pomac. This is a very special site that houses a protected natural area with a unique ecosystem in the world and an archaeological site. We will visit a forest with pyramids that are about a thousand years old. We include the loan of optical equipment for the experience, our guides carry long-range cameras to take shots that we share with visitors at the end of the trip. Pre-tour information should have arrived earlier. Apart from this, there was a lot of professionalism and warmth

Absolutely unforgettable experience! Our guides spoke perfect English, were passionate, knowledgeable, we saw an incredible amount of wild birds, it was just brilliant. The reason why I am posting is some hopefully helpful advice which will improve your trip. There are mosquitos/bugs that can bite through leggings and any part of a shirt that is touching your skin. I feel foul of them! There is a very nice Ripley department store close by that sells basically anything. I would advise either skimpy clothes and about three coatings of deet (tour provides this) on your skin, or very loose clothes so they can't get near you, with deet underneath covering your shoulders, elbows, anywhere that cloth touches skin. Also no white or bright colours, which deters the birds. Remember to deet places like under your jaw, cheekbones, fingers, slim patch of ankle skin between sock and trouser. The bites aren't bad and stopped itching after two days, but I hope this advice will make it an even better experience. It's worth a trip to Chicklayo alone to see this unmissable forest, with such passionate and expert guides.

Today's bird watching tour was one of the nicest things we have done in Peru. We enjoyed the walk in the forest and were able to see many different birds and animals. Our favourites were the pygmy owl, the fox and the blue faced lizard. We visited also two viewpoints, the view to the pyramids was amazing. I would especially like to thank our tour guide Julio and our driver Enrique. They took a really good care of us. We definitely recommend this tour to everyone, who is interested in nature.
