Excellent. Pick up was right on time. Lovely driver. Clear instructions on arrival at the caves. Helpful staff available at every turn giving great advice on where and when to go. Very well organised. The bird aviary was a great interactive experience. Peter the cave tour guide was fun. Fabulous, filling lunch with quality ingredients in a beautiful setting. Rum tour was great. One constructive criticism, we would have appreciated another 30 mins before our pick up time to enjoy our unexpected free drink and have a little look at the gift shop which seemed very reasonably priced. We had a really lovely time. There is so much here for adults to do, we will be back again next time we visit.

Booking was a nightmare, had to make numerous calls before the process was finally completed. The cave experience was good. We were not able to do the trail because of the time between waiting for our meal, and the rum tasting was too short.

Cave tour good, rum tasting good, lunch good. The main problem was the lack of any guidance by the operators on arrival and in between the activities.

A lot of time is allocated for this tour. May spend a lot of time just sitting around. It was too hot for us to enjoy the trail and we had a long wait for the rum tasting.

The transfer was efficient but the experience once you reach Harrison’s cave was completely disorganized and took away from the entire experience. What is the point of pre poking anything when there are 30 min waits for prebooked tickets and 40+ min waits to meet tour guides (they were late). The tour also started late because there was confusion as to who was supposed to be on the tram. There were 10, 11, and 11:40 groups standing waiting to know where we were going. We had no one take us to different parts of the experience (tram, lunch, rum tasting). I had to ask where I was supposed to find lunch. I finally am told where to go only to find out that the preordered lunch is not ready… we waited like 45 min… it was like they didn’t know what we ordered ahead of time to have it ready for us. They promised a cookie and the cookie is in another location but they would bring it to my rum tasting which I was already 20 minutes late for waiting on my preordered lunch— they never brought the cookie.. I went back to the kitchen for my cookie and was missing out on my complimentary rum punch. Then when I go to collect the rum punch the bartender leaves the bar for at least 10+ minutes and I have to ask another employee about it. He then just went behind the bar and poured the drink. Beautiful caves, transportation, and nice rum tasting but everything else made this a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend paying so much for confusion. I am a scientist who is very appreciative of these natural wonders but never again. I also heard at least two other people have similar experiences.

I had an amazing time. My boyfriend and I did the Harrison Cave tour and rum tasting with Kyle and his co worker, I forget his name. Loved their energy and enthusiasm.

We attended this tour towards the end of our stay, so had different experiences to compare it with. The actual tour of the caves was interesting and the rum tasting was excellent and the staff leading it were informative. However, we don't feel like it was worth the money that we paid for the tour and the experience felt that that there was lots of waiting around. We were collected from our hotel at 9 am and were in the venue for most of the today but the experiences only lasted around an hour each. We felt that the transportation to the caves lacked information from the driver, other tours the drivers interacted with the guests and gave us information as we drive through the areas, there was none of this. When we arrived we were asked to wait in the shop and information centre for our cave tour ( this was for about 45 mins). It would have been nice if, on other tour to have been welcomed with a drink, maybe explained how the experience would work as there was not much to see there. The nature trail was not explained until the end of the day when we had 30 mins before collection. After the caves we had about an hour for lunch, this considering the cost was a basic wrap not what we were expecting considering the cost of the tour. We then had to wait around for another 45 mins for our rum tasting to start.

Everything was awesome. We would definitely do this again. The cave tour was great. The food was great. The bird expo was the best. The rum tour was also great.
