The tram ride through the caves was great tho the commentary was a little bit geared to children by the guide! Unfortunately there was not enough time allowed to walk the nature trail. The aviary was really poor except if you want to see a load of pigeons. They'd do better to let the other birds fly free! The rum tasting was OK. As this was a trip arranged by virgin for us I feel it was overpriced & not that enjoyable.

The caves themselves are fantastic and the tram ride is great. Kyle was our guide and was very informativeas well as entertaining. The rum tasting again with Kyle was really good and he is very knowledgeable. The trail and aviary were really disappointing. The trail could hardly even be described as a walk let alone a trail. The aviary consisted of a few bedraggled looking hens and ducks and a peacock. The were some budgies and other birds in very small cages that made me question why they were even there. The attraction was quite disorganised and a lot of the staff unpleasant. The poor girl taking lunch orders was on her own and overwhelmed so I could understand her attitude but a smile wouldn't have gone astray. Overall I would say the attraction needs better organisation and friendlier staff.

Excellent tram Cave tour. I enjoyed the tour guides info and pictures they took on stops in the Cave. The rum tasting and tour guide was very informative on the different Mount Gay rums. We also had lunch by the pool and it was very tastey. I would highly recommend it.

Great experience all round, caves were fascinating. Walk round the aviary really good with helpful guides. Lunch provided more than expected. Enjoyed rum tasting very informative, although felt it a bit rushed at the end.

The excursion was booked months ago. The details said starts at 11 a.m. We had to cancel and rebook the same day due to the flights to Caribbean were shut down. However, excited to rebook with exact excursion meeting at 11 a.m. The day before the excursion, the company stated to meet at 9 a.m. It would be impossible because the Grand Princess would dock the earliest at 8 am. and then a disembark plus taxi ride. We would not make it on time. The tour company said take a taxi to Harrison Caves which would be 1 1/2 hours at our expense. We requested full refund since they are the ones who changed their meet time 2 hours early. We have not heard one more word from them! This is totally prepaid $320. Time to contact credit card company :(

This excursion included transportation to Harrisons Cave, which is a nice tourism site with several activities. While there was a little hiccup with our pick up, staff were very accommodating and kind. Our particular tour included a rum tasting with one free rum punch, followed by 1 hour overview of the history of Mount Gay rum. I'm not a huge fan of drinking straight rum but the overview was interesting and funny. Once the rum tasting was done, we walked down to the nature preserve. There is also a tram that runs pretty frequently but it's a pretty short walk, though it's on an incline. They have created a nice little tourist area the entrance to the caves. This includes areas for shopping, a bar that serves light fare and a small pool. There is a play area for kids. The nature walk showcased a selection of native flora and a bird aviary, where tourists can take pictures with birds on their arms. The tram tour of Harrison Cave was very interesting and beautiful. The tour guides did a great job of explaining these natural wonders. Our tour also included lunch which was surprisingly delicious. One note: We were staying at Sandals, which was a little ways away from Harrison so it was almost an hour to get there. Plan accordingly.

Excellent. Pick up was right on time. Lovely driver. Clear instructions on arrival at the caves. Helpful staff available at every turn giving great advice on where and when to go. Very well organised. The bird aviary was a great interactive experience. Peter the cave tour guide was fun. Fabulous, filling lunch with quality ingredients in a beautiful setting. Rum tour was great. One constructive criticism, we would have appreciated another 30 mins before our pick up time to enjoy our unexpected free drink and have a little look at the gift shop which seemed very reasonably priced. We had a really lovely time. There is so much here for adults to do, we will be back again next time we visit.

Booking was a nightmare, had to make numerous calls before the process was finally completed. The cave experience was good. We were not able to do the trail because of the time between waiting for our meal, and the rum tasting was too short.

Cave tour good, rum tasting good, lunch good. The main problem was the lack of any guidance by the operators on arrival and in between the activities.

A lot of time is allocated for this tour. May spend a lot of time just sitting around. It was too hot for us to enjoy the trail and we had a long wait for the rum tasting.
