We took the New River Gorge National Park driving audio tour, and it made the whole day much smoother. We downloaded everything ahead of time, and doing it in our own car meant we could stop whenever we wanted and never worry about a fixed schedule. The audio stories were truly interesting and added a lot of context as we drove. One small improvement would be to have the map display on the car screen, making it even easier to follow without looking at the phone.

It was very informative, broad, and well done. It's easily adjusted as needed. I've used them in the past and they make a good product.

This was a great way to check out lots of places at our own pace and for a good price. We learned a lot about the area and saw some amazing places. I was so happy to see that even when we had poor reception the maps kept us going and triggered the audio at just the right times. Very cool. We did stop after number 50, I think. We just ran out of time.

The App worked very well. Even when we diverted mid-route to do something else, the app picked right up when we started on the route again. The Guided Tour App helped us see a lot more of West Virginia than we otherwise would not have seen. Enthusiastically recommended!

Scheduled the 10 stop tour. When the tour guide was activated it had 85 stops not just the 10, It would not start from our location, and it was very very confusing on how to get it started. We wound up not even using it or going on the ride because we were so frustrated with it.

What a great place! We hiked all top 10 of the "best trails" and loved them all. This was my son's first experience in a National Park and he was engaged and impressed. Trails were adequately categorized and we were a 20 yr old and two 55+ adults all capable but not huge athletes or hikers. I want to visit again when the leaves turn. Lots of history to soak up on the information boards. We loved this trip!

I spent $17 on tickets when I arrived at the Parks station. I was told it was a free tour. All I had to do is scan the barcode. So basically I spent my I didn’t need to spend.

App was fairly easy to manage and gave some interesting information. Next time, I will do some more personal research as it would have been nice to know the distance between stops, especially those that were considered "detour". Driving/road conditions would also have been a nice feature as some areas were narrow roads or rock roads. Overall, we'll do this type of experience again as we learned a lot about the are we were touring and saw more than we would have typically seen. The recommended 2-3 hour tour took us 4.5 hours.
