5.00Best lunch cruise we can remember, the boat is spacious & comfortable. The staff are awesome & so friendly, the food is excellent with seconds available. There is an on-board bar which is well stocked, the commentary was interesting & accurate. The departure point is easy to find right next to the Honeysuckle Hotel, we are going to book the dinner cruise next time!

4.00This has to be up there with the best of river cruise experiences. The cruise started and finished exactly on time. The crew were all friendly, efficient and hardworking. The vessel had air conditioned dining / seating down stairs with large windows and open top deck seating. Unfortunately the toilets (2m 2 f) on board are tiny! The lunch was so fresh and plentiful it was plated up for the passengers by the crew from a smorgasbord you could choose from - king prawns, cold chicken, ham off the bone, green salad, cous cous, coleslaw, fresh tiger bread rolls. There was plenty left over for seconds. Followed by alternate individual portion desserts of carrot and mud cakes. The commentary was very informative and interesting as we made our way along the Newcastle Harbour. The only downsides for us was the seating being rather tight and noise levels from group conversations was very loud and made it hard to hear the commentary. Overall, a wonderful day out.

4.00Staff very attentive. Smooth ride Good commentary Food adequate but do hate queueing up for my food. Tablecloth’s would have been a nice touch.
