“What did the fisherman bring?” is always the question the morning of a seafood class,  This means that the menu is determined by what's available from the local fishermen.  Whether it is Mahi Mahi, snapper, tuna or grouper, a delicious lunch using a local fish will be the end result.

In From the Sea, Nicole introduces you to a variety of ways in which seafood is prepared in the islands.  You can have a stuffed whole fish, filet, or even Peleau (a dish that has as many personalities as islands in the Caribbean).

Be prepared for a menu that adjusts from the one listed based on what’s fresh and off the boats.  But also be prepared to have fun as we adapt, create, and enjoy what we prepare and eat!

Take this class not just to explore new flavours, but to enjoy the experience of learning new recipes with new friends in a West Indian home with great view of the Caribbean Sea!

Additional Info

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

Children must be accompanied by an adult

Minimum drinking age is 18 years

Please advise any specific dietary requirements (especially allergies!) at time of booking

All recipes, especially seafood, depend on the season and availability

Please be aware that we may need to move your booking to another day to meet our 4 person minimum. If your party is less than 4, please book into an exsiting class, or contact us.

We require multiple hand washings and masks to be warn if a guest has flu-like symptoms.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect

Whether it is mahi-mahi, snapper, tuna or grouper, a delicious lunch using a local fish will be the end result. Be prepared for a menu that adjusts from the one listed above based on what’s fresh and off the boats. But also be prepared to have fun as what you will eat is adapted, created and prepared. The goal of this class, like all of your classes will be to make it easy for you to cook the same menu after you return home. All of this is offered from a home high on a hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The experience will give you a beautiful view and an opportunity to experience life the Caribbean way.

Hands-on cooking class using recipes for 3-course seafood lunch. Monday - Saturday, 11 AM - 3 PM. Only 10-20 minutes from the Harbour and airport.

    Fantastic experience, so happy we did it! Admission fee was perfect for what you get. Length of visit was perfect! The atmosphere was stunning with views for miles-cooking space was spacious. Crowd size was good with only one other couple. Nicole and her staff were very welcoming! This experience is best for all. Would be fun to go with a group of friends 🩵 Thank you Nicole for what you do and welcoming us into your home.

    Set in a beautiful airy home overlooking NW Antigua, with a warm welcome we enjoyed helping to prepare Shrimp, Mahi Mahi and Salmon. You’d miss out if you don’t get involved Under Nicole’s friendly instruction. We sat down on her deck to enjoy the food washed down with rum punch, juice and water. What a great way to spend an afternoon in a true family atmosphere and learn something about Antiguan cookery.

    This was amazing - from start to finish!! If you are looking for something unique to do while in Antigua, this is it! We booked for last Saturday and ended up being just the two of us which made it more special and intimate. Nicole and Adam were incredible hosts and made us feel like longtime friends in their home...which is gorgeous. Our menu that Nicole curated was amazing and delicious. We had so much fun chopping, stirring, mixing and just chatting around the table/counter top. After prepping the meal, they joined us to eat on their outdoor patio, sharing stories and the beautiful view. This is definitely a must do that we would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much Nicole and Adam for having us.

    Our experience at Nicole’s Table was second to none. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted with a delicious glass of passion fruit juice. Nicole’s husband introduced us to the couple sharing the cooking experience with us and, from then on, we felt completely at ease and at home in beautiful surroundings. The menu « From the Sea » sounded amazing. Nicole made the experience delightful and memorable: no cooking expertise required and all participants sharing the tasks at every stage. Nicole’s aid, Natasha, was on hand at all times deep frying the delicious plantain crisps we had prepared together with the most delicious pumpkin cinnamon balls. Nicole’s version of aïoli was to die for. As a passionate cook I learnt useful and interesting techniques such as the amazing pastry for coconut tarts, the delicious pineapple salsa and spicy slaw and, of course, the blackened fish cooking. The rum punch was flowing throughout (the best tasted in the Caribbean) and the finale, the meal we had prepared, was shared by all and will remain my most treasured experience in 3 weeks spent in Barbados, Grenada and Antigua respectively. We are making plans to return and stay with Nicole for a few days next February. Thank you Nicole for helping us create such wonderful memories. Nicole and Andy

    Nicole is friendly, relaxed and most of all engaged with her class participants. She is totally on control without being over-bearing on her directions and guidance. She is masterful in having everyone participate without being pushy. Beyond that, the prepared food is exquisite and within reach of both well seasoned cooks and those who may not have experience in the kitchen. A lovely time may be had by all.

    Absolutely fabulous! Nicole’s Table is a wonderful cooking adventure! You start the day in her beautiful home where she teaches you all about the foods and the cultures that you’re going to be making that day, the food is delicious and Nicol is amazingly funny and informative, we felt like we have been friends for years after we left!

    Wow times three! Their beautiful home overlooks the city and the harbor. You will feel like you are going to your bestfriend's home for a wonderful meal and conversation. This family are just a bunch of neat people. Nicole moves you through the recipes with skill, kindness and encouragement. Our favorite were plantains and fish. Ed liked the pumpkin balls and he hates pumpkin!!!! We also loved the mango puch and rum punch.Nicole was very skilled in adopted her recipes not to include onions due to Patty's inability to digest. Make sure you tell her of any allergies, as she is most mindful to make adjustment. I'm telling all my friends to do this if they get to this lovely Island. Oh, another big plus, she is a Baltimore, Md. gal. My husband is from Baltimore and I'm from Annapolis so we had lots to talk about. I am very hearing impaired and Nicole's beautiful voice was perfect for these old ears. It truly was a wonderful day.

    Cooking with Nicole was absolutely amazing. Our class was the seafood cooking class. We had a bigger class than she normally works with, but she handled it well and we all were able to assist with preparation and cooking.There was more than enough food for our large group and it was all delicious!
