We booked this last minute not expecting too much but we are all so glad we did it. It was great learning about slender loris and what is being done to protect them. We saw loris up close and up in the trees, as well as things like snakes, lizard, birds, stick insects. The guides are absolutely brilliant, so we would definitely recommend this for an evening activity in Sigiriya!

Definitely worth learning a bit more about the primates. Enjoyed the walk at night. Spotted 6 lorises and 4 nightjars. Very pleasant experience.

After seeing a presentation about the loris to get to know these animals better, we were given a red-lit lantern and went out to find them. The guides are very good at locating them, so we could see a few. We also saw moths, lizards, owl chicks and even a horsewoman. It was a very interesting walk discovering the animals in their natural habitat. And to close the night we dined in the restaurant from which the excursion starts (rich and varied food, and very friendly staff), night of ten

Booked the tour but they didn't show up and I have not been able to contact them. Suggest looking elsewhere if you want to see the loris.

We loved the night excursion to see svelte loris. We booked the option that includes dinner, and everything was delicious!! We recommend this option because the restaurant is located in the same jungle of Pidurangala, from where they make the excursion to see loris. As for the excursion, it has been one of the best experiences I have had in Sri Lanka. The loris guide has loved us, he has a lot of dexterity to see loris and other animals inside the jungle. Thank you very much for the experience.

Amazing experience. We were given lots of information about the Loris, then we got our head torches and set off. The guides were fantastic and so good at finding them, we saw so many. The guides also pointed out moths, crickets, lizards and a nesting owl. So interesting, we loved it. Be prepared for lots of bugs 🤣

The excursion and 'it took place with a few participants that is' a family of 4 and we, so good thing, the guide and' committed a lot but we always spotted them from afar because they were very high up in the trees and in the dark you can just see very carefully, that infamous close encounter with those two big eyes unfortunately did not' take place, so a little disappointment there's, and' undeniable, but the organization and' was ok also the pickup and drop off from' agreed hotel.

Recommended experience. An expert gave us a brief introduction about the loris at the hotel reception, then with a guide we started the walk around. Although it is difficult to see the loris clearly, we could notice about 4 or 5 that were walking in the trees. It's worth it.

Our experience started off with dinner.... Simple but great food. This was followed by a talk about Loris and then the night walk. Great guides and an exciting hour or two searching for animals. Saw 4 Loris. Great value for money
