What To Expect

This is a Guide service that will take place in the Shelter-Nigth walk during which we will do a night walk through the transitional forest in Monteverde looking for active species during the night since in Costa Rica most animals are nocturnal, such as Mammals, Frogs, insects, Snakes, during the tour you will learn about the variety of micro climates and biodiversity of Costa Rica, it will be a tour where you will be in full contact with Nature...

Highly recommend the night hike! We went with Jason Rojas. 2 adults, 2 kid, ages 8 and 11. We saw a sloth, 2 toucans, snakes, frogs, birds, and a huge tarantula. The kids loved this one!

We did a morning tour with Jason (Reds) and were delighted with his dynamic personality, depth of knowledge, professionalism and sincere love of nature. He is truly passionate and can convey what he knows clearly and enthusiastically. We liked it so much that we booked a night tour with him that same night! The overnight tour experience is unique and Jason does his best to allow us to see as many animals as possible. We highly recommend it.

Jason was an amazing guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local ecosystem and we saw a ton of wildlife! We saw toucans, leaf cutter ants, frogs, insects, kinkajous, a howler monkey and a sloth. Truly a magical experience.
