5.00Our driver, Santiago, and guide, Jordan, were fabulous! Santiago got us there and back safely and on time. Jordan kept us well informed of the stops and itinerary; what we could expect and what was expected of us. Most importantly, Jordan and his crew did an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome and building a camaraderie among everyone on the trip, taking time to talk to personally with each guest and keeping the mood very upbeat and fun! It is a memory my daughter, Claire, and I will never forget

5.00I really enjoyed my trip to Tortuga Island today with Bay Island cruises. They picked me up at my hotel in San Jose (2 hour bus ride) and transferred us to the catamaran where we enjoyed a 2-hour boat cruise with music, snacks and a bar. I'm a senior and they took very good care of me (especially our bus guide Roy). It was a very pleasant, clean beach with lots of activities available and wild boars and peacocks to watch etc. The lunch was enjoyable and everything was very hygienic with the staff wearing gloves and hairnets. There was plenty of shade available and everybody got their own lounger. They had a Saxophonist who was excellent and made for a pleasant change. We also had nice weather which was an advantage! I've been on many such excursions and overall this was one of the better ones I've participated in and I highly recommend it. Have fun!

4.00We enjoy this tour especially because the staff was very gentle, the food and beverages were very good, and the sight seeing around the island were amazing . Maybe they could include some of the activities as part of the price or have offers for families.

5.00The program was very well organized from the beginning. The staff very friendly and attentive at all times to our needs. The very professional and friendly boat crew, especially Justin who was also very vigilant about us while we were on the water. Our guide was Roy Blanco and certainly made the trip exceptional. Very professional, very honest, patient and above all very dedicated to all passengers and especially pending the safety of all of us. We travelled with our 11-year-old daughter and at all times it was pending that we were comfortable and satisfied with the activities. It was always that extra mile that makes the difference between a normal trip and an exceptional one.

5.00There are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had on this excursion. From the moment we boarded the vessel, everyone was so professional, courteous, and welcoming. Each crew member ensured that we had the absolute best time, and were so very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was amazing. There seem to be a never ending supply of cold beverages to keep you hydrated. Those of us who were more adventurous, of course chose some of the adult beverages. Those too were delicious and refreshing.
