Great experience was what I was expecting and more all the crew knew what they were doing the catamaran was very clean. The service in the island was wonderful the food was great and lots of drinks ! I recommend eating the piña colada in a pineapple they prepare it right at the beach it’s unbelievable and it’s a reasonable price . I highly recommend this tour to anybody price is reasonable we spend a lot of time at the beach

It was okay but compared to other trips we’ve taken to tortuga the staff was more short/less friendly and the bar tenders give you a tiny splash in your unlimited rum punch. We took a boat tour just last week to tortuga where they put a proper shot in each unlimited rum punch and shook it properly. I think they are incentivized to push sales of additional drinks on the boat and island instead of honoring their advertised inclusions.

Be very careful. These people will sell you excursions and other services. They will tell you to tap your card to pay and tell you to tap AGAIN because it didn’t go through. Later you will find out it did go through the first time and GOOD luck trying to get your money back. I was ripped off and I never got my refund. They will keep your money and ignore your calls. Be AWARE SCAM ARTISTS

Best Way To Celebrate Family and Friends! Our Full Day Boat Cruise on the Great Bays Princess was unforgettable! The boat was clean and so beautiful. The staff was attentive, professional and went far out of their way to ensure we had an exceptional experience. It was great seeing the team, once again, especially Eric! This was my 6th time enjoying this special day tour! I just keep going back! The day was filled with fun and laughter. The food and drinks were delicious, the music both on the boat and off was lively and had people up dancing and singing. If you are receiving visitors or planning a trip to this beautiful country, I strongly recommend the Bay Island boat cruise as a MUST DO! Thank you to the entire team! EXCEPTIONAL!

Very nice place, perfect beach for swimming. Well organized, safe snorkeling activity. The sanitary facilities on the island dedicated to the Trip Advisor excursion are really outdated and inadequate. No place on the island to change clothes and the changing rooms on the boat are not accessible on the return. Too bad. In addition, the advertisement indicated five rum punches but only three were finally granted. The food on the island was excellent as well as the snacks served on the boat.

The crew of the boat took great care of us and were top notch. Tortuga island was a great place to relax and let the kids play in the ocean. We loved this trip. It was perfect for our kids which range from 12 to 19 years old.

This Full Day Cruise Tour to Tortuga Island was exceptional! The crew were professional, curtíos and very helpful. Well organized! The snacks and lunch were scrumptious. The music and dancing were fun! Scuba diving lessons were exciting. The sunset was absolutely stunning! This is my fourth experience! It never disappoints! Great way to treat your guests and show off Costa Rica’s people, beauty and magic!
