The natural beauty in the trip is incredible. The service and food were ok; however, as a foreigner, it feels somewhat rude at times. At one point where we were dropped off, the owner of the establishment started slapping my feet because we didn't buy the drinks from them. When we pushed back, he threatened us with a machete. Ultimately we were able to diffuse the situation as there were too many tourists

Poor planning with delayed pick ups and lack of preparation for heavy rain forecast. Tourist trap stop added in morning outside itinerary and promised stop before highway turned into a longer way back on side roads into city. A full day wasted on an old temple, sweaty short bike ride and drenched during boat ride. Tour guide humour fell flat, as did the lack preparation and flexibility in view of downpour. Find another option!

The Experience was great and thoroughly planned. Lanh was a Magnificent host, very funny and very good English. I would recommend this tour if you took a small group package. As I have come to learn ALOT of people aren’t punctual which made the trip stress for Lanh. And deffo don’t bring kids! There is a lot about history and they would get bored and cry a lot… other than that. A must see. Breathtaking views!

Everything as advertised - comfortable bus, each stop and in particular the later ones worth it. Our tour guide Alex did a good job, considering the locations were still relatively crowded after the holidays.

I had Two as my tour guide and overall had a nice experience. Two was excellent, went over and beyond, and made sure everyone had a great experience. It was wonderful he took photos of us throughout the trip. The places we visited were nice but the first temple is honestly a little boring. I really liked the hike at Mua Caves, definitely a lot of steps but it was cool to see the two viewing points and the rice terraces at the bottom. I also liked the bike ride around the village as it was very pretty . The bikes are somewhat low quality though and the paths were very bumpy at times which was uncomfortable. I found the boat ride was nice with beautiful views but was way too long and got quite boring. I think it would've been nice to have replaced the temple visit with a stop to view more of the limestone views of Ninh Binh. I was quite impressed by the lunch buffet, the food was very delicious! There's also a pho Bo station which was very tasty. Very good value for money and enjoyed the trip and staff a lot!

It was easy to book the tour quite late online. The communications from the tour operator were excellent before, during and after the event. The tour was on time, interesting and good value for money. I would thoroughly recommend it to others.
