  Amazing countryside tour of Ninh Binh highlights. We were debating whether it was worth the effort to leave the city having moved around a lot on our holidays but it was certainly worth it! The limousine bus was very comfortable and nice to travel in, the communication of staff to arrange was easy and the trips and activities themselves were stunning. Including quick trek up Dragon Mountain; a short bicycle tour as well as a 1-2hr boat ride. Only criticism is that the locals who row for you ask for tips outright and then complained when it wasn’t enough, whilst also trying to sell other interns to you. This soured the boat ride a little, and we would have rather have rowed ourselves to be honest! Apart from that the Hanoi transfers were great and the guide Loi was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely day!!!

• Fantastic tour - tour guide Long, is the best

  We had an amazing trip to Ninh Binh!! Our guide Long was excellent, provided us with lots of interesting facts, information about Ninh Binh and history around Tam Coc! Despite a bit of rain Long was well prepared with rain jackets for everyone! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this tour !

  Unfortunately it poured rain when I visited. Couldn’t walked thru the village streets as river flooded them. Cycling was dangerous also due to floods. Perhaps people with no common sense to weather should be advised to wear appropriate gear and bring spare to change in wet weather. Most enjoyable was the boat ride, but, in some areas visibility poor. Have an alternative taxi nearby self paid if tourist don’t want to or unable to cycle due to weather or disability. Overall Ninh Binh is a beautiful scenic place to see full of history.

  We loved the boat tour in Tom Coc - the 1.5h ride was amazing passing through 3 caves! The other tour part was overall great but the bike ride wasn’t necessary. It was just a different of going from one place to the other (maybe 20-30min) and you can choose if you want to go by bus or bike this way. Our Guide Nam was really enthusiastic about giving us insight into Vietnamese culture and sharing information about the places we visited which was great!
