What a great service. We were kept informed about our booking throughout, the cars were clean and comfortable (the children especially loved the massage seats!), and the chauffeurs Nick and Mick were excellent

This is the second time we have used Aura Journeys for Airport Transfers. They are brilliant. Our latest trip was transfers to, and from Manchester Airport. Their luxury mini vans are superb - clean, modern, and comfortable. Both drivers were sharply dressed and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The best thing about Aura Journeys is they are a PROFESSIONAL company. Paula who deals with most of the admin regarding your booking is totally on the ball with every detail. You get updates on your booking from initial contact to travel day, and are kept up to date on the actual day by your driver prior to pick up. You just get the feeling these people know what they are doing and want to make your trip as stressless as possible. I was 100% sure they would get us to the airport and back home again on time, and without any drama. They delivered! A big thank you to Paula, but also Nick and Amy. Also, a shout out to our drivers - Simon & Gary. Thank You.
