What To Expect
Have you ever wanted to know what it feels like to travel through the arctic breeze by a pack of magnificent husky's? If the answer is yes, this is a perfect tour for you! During 5 kilometers long sleigh ride you can enjoy snowy pure nature and feel the speed of huskies. First we will get well geared and ready for the excursion at our dressing rooms. Then we will embark on a car ride where we will give you a brief for the upcoming day while admiring the pure and calming nature of Rovaniemi. After the car ride is over, we will arrive at the private lakeside plot. Here the kind and very experienced staff will give you all the important information you need and take you for the best Husky ride of your lifetime! You'll be captivated by the serene beauty of the Arctic wilderness and the exhilarating pace of the huskies will captivate you as they pull you past beautiful glacially carved hills. The hills of northern Finland have been the shores of the sea for more than 10 000 years. After the thrilling adventure you can meet the Reindeers in our private area.

3.00We booked the husky adventure at StayLapland, but unfortunately were a bit disappointed overall. The guides were very nice, helpful and tried hard – there was really nothing wrong with that. However, the price-performance ratio is not quite right for us. A 4-hour husky tour was promised. Effectively we were on the road with the huskys for about 45 minutes, plus an introduction of about 20 minutes. The experience with the dogs and in nature was nice, but with the booked duration we would have expected significantly more time on the tour.

5.00The husky tour was great. Sergio was our guide and arranged everything perfectly. The owners of the huskies who guided the rest of the tour were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything. The dogs were very friendly and seem to be treated well. Sergio also took his time to make photos and he even made some drone footage which he sent later by WhatsApp. Thanks Sergio, a great activity! Definitely recommend.

5.00We did a snowmobile, huskies and a snowshoe hike at staylapland. We were always well and pleasantly received. We could get overalls to keep yourself nice and warm and shoes. All the guides were very friendly and enthusiastic. Everything looks good and well cared for. We got good recommendations for snacks or other activities. Overall a good experience and the motto "we are family" certainly comes into its own

5.00Booked various activities including snow shoeing, snowmobile, ice fishing… All our activities were perfectly organised and our guides—Val, Marc, Asier, Antoni, and Tania. You were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making every activity both fun and memorable. As a Spanish group, having several Spanish-speaking guides was a true bonus. We loved the private 8-seater transfers and exclusive locations on beautiful private land. The team were flexible and made our dream holiday truly special!

5.00We did a combo tour with StayLaplnd that included huskies in the morning and snowmobile in the afternoon. Both tours are amazing and unique. It is really cool to see Alaskan huskies looking forward to running and enjoying their natural environment 🙂 the snowmobile ride trough frozen forest and the views from small hilltops are amazing. Luckily we had a sunny day and everything was stunning. Our guide was amazing too.

5.00The company has private facilities that, although a little further away from Rovamieni, allow a more intimate contact with nature. Our guide was Asier who is a magnificent professional and in addition to explaining many things about life in Finland, he accompanied us at all times. He's also nice. We are very grateful to you for making the huskies-drawn sleigh ride an unforgettable experience.

5.00It has far exceeded our expectations. Our guide Andoni arrived on time to pick up the apartment and after helping us with the clothes we went to the Huskys. The Swedish girl who spoke Spanish (one of the owners of the dogs) explained all the instructions we had to follow and the journey with the dogs was amazing. The tour took place in the middle of nature, in the same lake. In the middle of the journey we could change drivers and even get a picture. All the staff very attentive with us, very professional. Euskal Herritik, segi horrela ta eskerrik asko Andoni !!!
