1.00Our tickets that we purchased through TripAdvisor/ Viator were not valid. We were denied boarding. There was no DineOnWater representative.

1.00Viator failed big time. We arrived at Pier 78 early and presented our tickets. The checkin agent informed us that our tickets , which were sent by Viator by text message were not valid. I had to buy 4 tickets so we could go on the cruise. This is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem with Viator. I reported this issue and the agent is looking into the problem. My credit card company has halted the transaction. The cruise was wonderful.

5.00Excellent boat trip at 6pm . Photo opportunities were great. Well worth the money. Lady who was giving us the tour was very informative. If you get sea sick maybe take some tablets as it was a bit choppy.

5.00I think it's a very nice excursion, you go out on the boat and during the crossing dinners and live music, spectacular along the river the views, the boat to front the statue of freedom to take pictures, and the good comes now, at dusk, spectacular total return
