What To Expect
Statue of Liberty
The Statue of Liberty is an iconic symbol of freedom and democracy located on Liberty Island in New York Harbor. It was a gift from the people of France to the United States and was dedicated on October 28, 1886. Designed by French sculptor Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi and built by Gustave Eiffel, the statue stands at 305 feet (93 meters) from the base to the tip of the torch. It represents Libertas, the Roman goddess of freedom, and holds a torch above her head and a tablet inscribed with the date of the American Declaration of Independence in her left arm. The statue has welcomed millions of immigrants to the United States and has become one of the most recognizable symbols of American freedom and democracy worldwide.
Ellis Island
Ellis Island served as the primary immigration processing center in the United States from 1892 to 1954, welcoming millions of immigrants seeking a new life in America. Today, it stands as a museum and historical site, preserving the stories and experiences of those who passed through its gates.

This Is A Scam

1.00The whole thing is a scam. We got to the Unit 36 pick up location on time and no boats were there. Everyone at the location advised that this is an ongoing scam and that we need to get our money back. I contacted Attractions 4 Us, which they tried to scam me even further by advising “ We just got you message the only option today is the Statue of Liberty ferry departing from 24 state street for a $25 upgrade fee Last departure is 3:15pm” They then told me that that booking was cancelled due to ice and advised that they contacted me via email, which they didn’t. I want a refund for this booking. Pease avoid at all costs!!!!

3.00The tour company changed our time although we paid extra for a sunset cruise. I was told due to the weather they weren’t offering a later cruise. Then when we got off the boat, there were people waiting to get on the next trip which would have been the sunset cruise time. Our extra money was not returned and we didn’t get as long of a cruise as we paid for.

1.00The boat ride itself was just okay. Unfortunately, our sunset cruise was moved the day of to an earlier time, so we paid extra for a sunset cruise and didn’t get to see the sunset at all. The food options were very limited—just popcorn and chips. Drinks were over $20 each and the pours were small. The music inside was extremely loud, which made it hard to enjoy the ride. Overall, I would not recommend this experience.

1.00How hard is it to change your address on the website to the correct one so you don’t have tons of angry customers? Or send a email out AS SOON as it’s booked not a crappy call minutes before it starts. Got it book and went to the address the website and viator and the tickets all claimed to be. No one was there. Got a call sounded like he was already irritated or whatever and was just kinda insensitive on customer service side. I’m sure the cruise would’ve been cool but just be weary.

1.00Don’t book with this company. We booked an evening skyline tour for Christmas Eve & the boat never arrived. No notice given on anything. Got ticket & booking confirmed so trusted the web sight. Unfortunately no trip. Ruined our evening don’t trust this website.

3.00Make sure you are sent the right dock. We booked the 90 minute cruise but were sent directions to the dock for the 60 minute cruise. It was good but we didn’t get what we paid for. We were directed to Pier 36 which had the 60 minute cruise.

3.00It was scheduled for 5:45 and were told to be there 15 minutes beforehand. It didn’t leave till 6:10pm which in turn meant we were running late for everything that evening. The view is really stunning and definitely worth a look at. I would have liked a bit more information about the city and buildings from the tour guide. Also the music was being played as the guide was speaking which was very disturbing when both are at the same volume and you can’t hear anything but noise.
Don't call. They won't answer.

3.00The boat tour was very good. Trying to deal with their administrative side was terrible. I received two different confirmations for two different times and locations. They would not answer the phone, return calls, or reply to an email when asked if I was charged twice. Absolutely terrible. Thankfully we went to the correct location. It was 50/50 whether or not we'd get the tour we paid for.
