It was such a fun expereince to drive thru the street of Tokyo with our guide Cole. It was my bucket list item to drive on the busiest intersection in the world Shibuya Crossing. I loved the smooth check in process, the informative video and the excitement we had driving at night with all the neon lights of the city. Driving the street carts with real trafic was a pure adrenaline rush. My bucket list fulfilled. I will definitely be back with my family and do this all over again.

Best part of my Tokyo trip. Was easy to drive. Make sure you arrive on time as if you miss your time slot you will have to reschedule. My fault but glad i was able to have the experience.

This was a fun activity while we were visiting Japan. No big deal really. Just driving go-carts through the world’s busiest pedestrian intersection in downtown Tokyo while dressed up as the Cookie Monster. Good for a laugh and excellent way to see this part of the city.

Had a great tour with Tomas today! Pointed out some sights and was very patient with my nervousness for the crazy scramble crossing!

I went to the Mario Kart in Shibuya. The staff online were very accommodating and timely with responses. However, when I arrived I found the men to be stand offish. They had zero energy for such a supposed fun experience. When I asked if they had a private space to change he proceeded to tell me everyone changes here meaning publicly. I found this to be deaf tone as some people prefers privacy and didn’t want to take off my skirt in front of all of those men. The energy for the experience just wasn’t there and they didn’t even send me my pictures afterwards despite giving them my email. I had to follow it up. On top of that the lighting of the pictures were awful. Despite the online staff being 10/10 in terms of customer service the ones at the forefront representing weren’t it. I was better off going to the ones my sisters did.

My twin Karen and I had the best 50 minute experience riding through Tokyo with Streetkarts for just 82.50p with everything covered. They made it fun and educational with details of their city in such a safe way. Its a must do while in Tokyo.

I strictly DO NOT recommend this company due to severe safety negligence and faulty equipment. My experience was terrifying and life-threatening. 1. FAULTY BRAKES (Lack of Maintenance): My go-kart had serious mechanical issues. The brakes were extremely unresponsive. I had to stomp on the pedal with full force just to get the kart to slow down. It felt like the brake pads were completely worn out. Driving a vehicle in this condition on public roads is unacceptable. 2. GUIDE ABANDONED ME IN TRAFFIC: I was the last car in a group of six. At a traffic light, I got separated from the group. The guide FAILED to check if everyone was following. He drove two blocks away and turned left without waiting. I was left completely alone in the middle of Tokyo traffic at night, with no navigation and no knowledge of local traffic rules. I felt helpless and unsafe. 3. UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT: After the tour, the guide did not apologize for losing a customer. When I raised these safety concerns and requested a refund, the management refused and took no responsibility. They failed their basic "Duty of Care." If you value your life and safety, please go elsewhere.
