**ALL GROUP BOOKINGS SHOULD AVOID BOOKING INDIVIDUALLY as there will be no guarantee that you can join together.
ALL Participants will need to obtain special documents to drive in Japan. • For most countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in the booklet format compliant to the 1949 Geneva Convention is required. Valid IDP's can only be issued by the same country that issued your domestic license and CANNOT be obtained online while traveling. • FOR Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco you will need to obtain a Japanese translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF), NOT an International Driving Permit.
Drivers' licenses issued by countries NOT covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation: the physical domestic license + official translation) and physical passport.
NO Domestic License alone is accepted as a legal document to drive in Japan.
Street Kart will message you within 24 hrs when confirming booking with information on EXACT documents you need.
Minimum age is 18 years
Wear flat closed footwear. Do not wear no long flowy skirts or dress.
You MUST inform us if you have any level of hearing impairment or mobility impairment.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We booked this experience to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. The staff was so accommodating. We were running a little late due to traffic and being unfamiliar, but they were able to squeeze us in with a later group at a different location around the corner. We were so grateful because this was going to be the highlight of our trip and it did not disappoint! 10/10, highly recommend!!

5.00Off the charts experience! We were nervous when it started to rain heavily just 30 minutes prior to our reservation, but the staff at Street Kart Shibuya completely eased our worries. They were ready to go out in the rain with giant smiles on their faces but also provided us the option to reschedule, which we gladly did. Fast forward an hour and we were zooming through the streets of Shibuya with out guide Stanley who was absolute TERRIFIC! Safe, fun, and informative of everywhere we went - all around great guy and GREAT experience. Thank you!

5.00Super fun cruising around Tokyo in a street kart. We were a small group and the tour leader took lots of pictures. The only drawback is you do get exhaust in your face!!

5.00Orko was our fun-loving leader who led us round the streets in Tokyo. It was a fantastic experience and a great way to feel the buzzing streets. We went on the 8pm trip which was amazing as we went through the Shibuya intersection and crossings. Despite having been worried about doing this as I had never been on a go-cart before; I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and it was such a different way to see a fascinating city. Many thanks for a great time!
