After the walk, we will return to Baglio Florio, where you can taste our precious organic extra virgin olive oil, a true treasure of our land. Let yourself be conquered by the intense and genuine flavors that only our oil can offer. We will conclude this extraordinary experience with a lunch celebrating traditional Sicilian cuisine. Taste 7 freshly prepared appetizers, followed by a traditional first course, and then finish with desserts and seasonal fruit.

5.00This tour exceeded our expectations due to the hospitality of Vincenzo and Vito. I went with my father. As it's low season, we were the only two so this was a very personal experiene. The winery is no longer producing but we got to see many old relics from when the Baglio produced wine. We got to learn about the plans to improve the Baglio to a location for cooking classes and wine tasting. Vito made us the most delicious lunch served outdoors in the courtyard of the baglio, and then Vincenzo took us on a tour of his family's olive groves and vineyards, and his own farm, where he focus on sustainable farming. It was a very special day. PS: the olive oil is exquisite!

5.00This was an AMAZING experience. It was exactly, or more of what I envisioned of a typical Sicilian experience out in the Sicilian country side. The hosts were very friendly, they made us feel at home immediately. The tour was interesting and the meal was out of this world, not only because it was delicious but also because it was very traditional and authentic culinary experience. I strongly recommend this experience to everyone. If you miss this, you miss part of Sicily. Thank you, Liliana and Vincenzo, for opening your home to us.
