This private 6-hour tour was an absolute highlight of our time in Spain. It began with a scenic 45-minute drive out of Zaragoza, winding through peaceful countryside that set the tone for the day. Our first stop was a serene olive grove, where we posed beside a magnificent 500-year-old olive tree—still bearing fruit and full of character. From there, we visited a multigenerational, family-run olive mill. Antonio, the owner, welcomed us with genuine warmth and gave us a personal tour of the facility. His passion and pride were evident in every detail. Our guide Jorge complemented the visit with an engaging olive oil tasting, helping us appreciate the subtle differences and craftsmanship behind each variety. Next, we headed to a charming vineyard where we met Maria, the winemaker and owner. Her tour was both informative and heartfelt—she walked us through the entire winemaking process, from grape selection to bottling. We sampled a white, a rosé, and two reds, each introduced with thoughtful explanations that deepened our appreciation. Maria also served delicious local snacks that paired beautifully with the wines. This experience was intimate, educational, and full of authentic local flavor. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a deeper connection to the region’s culinary traditions and warm hospitality.

Our tour guide Marta was wonderful and made this trip fantastic. She answered all our questions, gave us lots of local info and acted as our interpreter. The olive oil factory was family run and lovely, it was great to taste the oils. Beautiful winery with lots of information and nice wines and cava to taste.

We had an amazing time. Both the olive oil tour and wine tour were very in depth and immersive, in beautiful locations. We learned a lot and left with a deep appreciation for the rural community outside of Zaragoza. Jorge knows a lot about the area and is a great guide.
