5.00Our pilot was excellent and the was ride smooth. We did the Cessna 172, which was older, but ran smooth. If I did it again I might have done the six person option in the bigger/faster plane. Mostly to get an iconic luxury photo inside.

1.00Plane was definitely not new. The plane looked nothing like the picture. Nothing exhilarating about this "adventure." Not a good enough view of waterfall.

4.00It was a pretty windy day and operator communicated with us on time to ask if we are fine to proceed with the flight even though it could be very bumpy during the flight. The pilots were very professional, take off and landing was smooth despite the gusty wind. The only bad comment is they advertise the champaign during the flight and we were not offered it during the flight.

5.00Massive thanks to Nick and Luke, who put a lot of effort in making this trip happen after having had a massive snow storm the previous night. We had stunning views of the Lakeshore, the Niagara Falls and Downtown Tornado. Nick had suggested to extend the flight to 1 hours 30 minutes which gave us enough time to take fantastic photos. Just in case you’re planning to fly in winter time, make sure to be really warm dressed. ;)

2.00Great views over Niagara, but no Toronto flyover — just a glimpse during landing. The staff were friendly, but the office was difficult to find, as there was no signage at the terminal.

1.00This was a very bad experience. First, we booked a flight at 2pm, but the merchant asked us to change it to 3:30pm at 8pm the night before, and then to 4pm the next morning. After we agreed, the photos we took on the plane were completely different from when we bought it. The plane was very old and it was very shaky during the flight. I suggest that those who want to try it should take motion sickness pills.
