4.00We caught the first bus, it arrived on time, as did subsequent buses later on. Despite some negative reviews, we found the experience enjoyable and the headsets worked fine in each bus. Commentary was adequate & informative although the route was not as interesting as many other cities - perhaps that's just Oslo? Our buses were uncrowded so seating was no problem. Tickets were cheaper when bought through the app & Viator reward points reduced the cost even further.

2.00Wasted over 1 hr while staff got coffee. Use the other provider in Oslo. There was no communication as we stopped for over 40 minutes.

3.00Driver was more careful with pedestrians than any other hop on/off tour I’ve been on (Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki, Copenhagen, London, NYC). But when the end of day team put the tent and the cart on the bus, they did not secure any of the items and at the first turn, the large tent frame fell and almost hit the small child sitting next to me. I had to get up and place it more securely. The driver didn’t say anything when asked for help and when the family with the child got off the bus, they spoke with the person who sold them their ticket but it didn’t seem like they got any response (I ran into them again at the holiday market).
