  This is an all day experience, be prepared for it! That being said it was so much fun. First of all our driver/tour guide was Alekss and he was fantastic! We asked him to pick us up at 2 different hotels in Oslo, no problem and we also asked to stop at the Borgund Stave Church so we left Oslo at 7:15 so we could be sure to have time to stop. We stop at Circle K for gas-food- bathroom break. Alekss was a superb driver and we were confident to get to all our stops on time. We did not have to worry about our getting tickets for the boat or the train, Alekss was right there to show us the way. It really was stress free. We had plans to stop for dinner on our way back to Oslo but there was a delay with the train so we stopped for a quick bite to eat in the van on the way back. Yes this was a long day, but with everything taken care of for us it was a wonderful experience and if you get Alekss for a guide you won’t be disappointed!!

  We only had a short stay in Oslo so we opted for the one day Sonjafjord and flam train tour. Very long day, 14 hours, expensive but well worth the money. Both the train ride and fjord cruise should not be missed if you are in Norway. Our guide Alex did a great job explaining all aspects of our tour, was a good driver and made our whole experince very enjoyable.

  Nice experience, but not enough detailed information from Easy Travel. Our guide, Ray, was Great. He did everything that an awesome Tour guide would do. He explained the Norwegian culture, took us on an extra hike to a waterfall , and made our adventure memorable. The Fjords were breathtaking. So beautiful and eye opening. Unfortunately, Easy Travel could have given us more information concerning the train. We had rear facing seats on our train from Geilo to Myrdal. We did not appreciate Easy Travel not giving the option of our seating assignments. We also had incomplete information of the Flam train’s direction of reverse direction and us facing backwards again. Although the trip was enjoyable (mainly due to Ray), and Fjords were outstanding, Easy Travel was not great, especially considering the cost. But thank you Ray, for being absolutely OUTSTANDING!

  Driver was kind and safe. Good conversation. The day was fun! The price was outrageous. When we arrived to the train station, we realized we could have just taken the train from Oslo. I suppose this is a good option for tourists not wanting to deal with logistics, but $500 per person would have been much more reasonable. For the high price tag we were expecting more of a VIP experience but it is not that. Again, nice driver and guide but the tour operator should either lower the cost or perhaps add a private fjord tour, or provide lunch and dinner or ensure a more roomy vehicle. Still a great day and a lovely time though.

  Tour was fantastic! Sergei was an amazing guide. He was a great driver and explained everything well. The sites during the drive, boat ride, and train ride back were incredible. Highly recommend!
