What To Expect

1.Tag : Abholung vom Flughafen in Medan und Transfer nach Ketambe ( ca. 7,5 Std Fahrt ) , Übernachtung in einem Guesthouse in Ketambe 2.Tag : Nach dem Frühstück, ca. 9.00 Uhr Aufbruch in den Nationalpark , ca. 6 Std. trekking, Beobachten von Wildtieren, Flora und Fauna, mit etwas Glück entdecken der wilden Orangutans in den Bäumen. Mittag und Abendessen im Camp am Fluß , Übernachtung im Dschungelcamp 3.Tag : Nach dem Frühstück ein weiterer Tag Trekking im magischen Dschungel, Baden in den heißen Quellen, Mittagessen im Dschungel , ca. 16.00 -17.00 Uhr zurück im Guesthouse in Ketambe. Übernachtung im Guesthouse in Ketambe. 4.Tag : Je nach Wunsch privater Transport zurück nach Medan, oder nach Berastagi.

It was a great adventure in the jungle of Sumatra! One of the best experience journey in my life to have a chance to see the beauty of nature with lots of biodiversity.Thank you very much for Sumatra Trekking crew and pretty sure I will be back soon!

It was really the best tour I had in Southeast Asia. It was just my group of 5 with 2 guides and 1 cooler at the camp. The guides(Ucok & Andre) put so much effort in explaining everything they knew about the jungle, in preparing the food and in letting us feel safe. They radiated so much happiness and were so caring:) The food was amazing, the camps were really nice & everything was done in such a way to Protest the animals and the flora in the jungle. I totally recommend that and if i can I‘ll go again and make a longer tour (my last tour was 2days/1night but it was definitely to short for me). If you love trekking and are a bit adventurous, it’s amazing!:)
