The tour was absolutely fantastic! It was very well-organised and the tour guide communicated efficiently in respect to the tour and transport arrangements. The breakfast venue was lovely, although the food wasn’t to my personal tastes. The lunch spot was fancy, and food was delicious! Both meals were buffet style. It’s a long day - starting at 1am and returning to Antalya at 6pm, but it is incredibly worth it. If you’re interested in history and seeing historical ruins, you’d certainly enjoy this tour.

Amazing! The guide was fantastic, so knowledge, so considerate, so helpful. The transfers were great too, efficient and comfortable. Food was premium. And the balloon ride was unforgettable.

Totally worth the long drive. The hot air balloon and pamukalle travertines were the highlight for the day. A few reasons to reduce one star: Their collaboration with some onyx marble store where they get you to spend close to 40 mins. I would rather use this 40 mins at the travertines or the museum. There is certainly room for improvement with the breakfast. It tasted very old and soggy. Can provide juice/water in the bus between 2AM and 8:30AM(breakfast time). Also, the lunch place won’t even let you drink your own water from your bag. Super rude waiters. I don’t get what money they make in getting customers buy one drink. The tour operator can themselves just provide a couple of water bottles for everyone. You can just include all these costs part of your offering.
It's a 4.5 hour drive to the location!!

Didn't really get to go. The stars are neutral. So mistake I made is that I didn't realise how far this was from my hotel in Antalya. It was a 4.5 hour drive each way, so plane ride is more suitable. I was traveling with 2 small kids so this was highly stressful. The tour company was helpful but not strong in English so the whatsapp messages were blunt when asking question. They tend not to explain why rather a crude "Be ready 3h00 in the morning!" I don't think they mean to sounds this way, they don't understand how to converse in a manner but they try. Did a tour with the same company and it was fantastic. I was also told that I will be returned to the hotel 19h00 to 19h30 after leaving at 3h00 with no reason why, until I realised for myself how far this place is. If you have small kids may not be suitable.
