When you arrive at this location, near the entrance to the hotel’s underground parking lot, you will see a black iron gate. Go through the gate, proceed down the ramp, turn left, and follow the yellow line painted on the ground until you reach the jetty where the boats and jet skis are parked.

It is crucial that you arrive at the departure location you have chosen 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Your flight time is not the time you should arrive at the departure location; make sure to arrive earlier, as indicated, to avoid missing your session.

The flight itself lasts approximately 10 minutes. The total duration of the activity, including preparation, departure, and return, ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of participants booked for the session.

The captain will always have the final say regarding the safety of all guests on board. If the activity is cancelled due to safety concerns—such as poor weather, rough seas, or strong winds—you will have the option to reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
