Looking for exciting things to do while visiting Taupo? Then look no further! Parasailing is one of New Zealand’s top-rated activities and with us, you’re in great hands. Want to fly solo or with a friend or two? No problem as long as you’re over 70 kgs. You can fly up to 1000 feet for stunning views of Lake Taupo. All flights are 12 minutes long and come with an optional ‘freefall’ decent. Enjoy an optional refreshing dip in the clear lake waters with the Sky dip near the end of your flight. Rise into the air behind the boat and enjoy the peaceful silence of the skies. Take in the panoramic views of Lake Taupo and the tranquil waters below while you drift through the clouds.

What To Expect
You will venture out onto Lake Taupo on one of our 9-metre purpose-built parasail boats. All flights start and end on the back of our flight deck. So, you don’t need to get wet. Not to say that we won’t dip your feet at the end, if you're keen. Some of our customers just want to get wet. If you’re one of those adventurous people, just let our crew know and don’t forget to wear your togs! The parasail flight is approximately 12 minutes long. Depending on how many groups are on the boat, you’ll be out on the lake for 25 – 60 minutes. Please note this activity is not wheelchair accessible. Combined weight of participants in one flight must be a minimum of 70kg and maximum of 200kg.

1.00Was really excited booking this activity for me and my daughter as it's our birthday weekend (daughters 18th) came on to app followed all necessary steps made sure all information was correct names times costs proceeded to payment as it's still showing $97.00 pp totaling at $194 for us 2 tandem .. get to payment everything's correct click pay now . Check my bank account to makesure my was taken out only to notice that instead off the $194.00 that it should've costed they have taken $310.00 and now confirmation is saying us dollars .why would I pay $310.00 nzd for a activity that cost less if was booked directly through the website.. clearly I'm in taupo nz same destination as the parasailing is located why would I book in usd . Now because it's less than 24hours (booked around 11.30pm nzt on the 28/3/25) I can not get any refund, im due to head back home to wellington today , can't directly contact trip adviser as I no the currency was not set at usd when I went through them.. can't send message through the help center. I'm so mad ,sad, pissed off with myself as I'm always very cautious even using my visa bedut card incase get scammed which i feel I have been . Can anyone advise me off what I can do our ride is at 11am 29/3/25 . Because off this I have lost $100 and I work hard to make memories with my children and just to be taken advantage off . Very upset about this experience through trip adviser I will never use this company again as Noone is willing to help rectify the situation at hand
