  Tbh we did not expect much as the price point on this tour was very reasonable. So we anticipated mediocre food. We were delightedly surprised when it was a wonderful evening with great service, accommodating the sights, and the food was delicious. Definitely the recommend.

  We were traveling as a group of three. In the photos on Viator, all the tables face the river, and the seating appears to be arranged for two people per table. At first, the waiters did not want to seat us at those tables. Instead, they pointed us to three separate chairs in the middle and said that every seat was reserved. After I insisted and explained what I had purchased, they finally seated us where we were supposed to sit. The food was really good. However, the boat could not travel in some of the directions that were expected because they said the river level was high. I’m not sure if that was the real reason or something else, since I read similar comments from other guests. Overall, I would still recommend this experience in Paris, especially if you are traveling as a couple.

  We paid €176 for two tickets about 45 minutes before the cruise. When we arrived, we were informed that the advertised sightseeing route could not go ahead due to high water levels. Instead, the boat would sail in the opposite direction. It was disappointing, as they likely knew about the water conditions before we booked and could have paused further sales. To their credit, they did offer a full refund at that point. We decided to continue since we had also arranged dinner plans on the cruise. The dinner itself was very good. We chose the €88 per person package, which included a half bottle of wine per guest. However, only one half bottle was initially provided for the two of us. When we queried this, we were told the half bottle was to be shared. That did not align with what we had each paid for. After a polite discussion with the staff member overseeing the tour, she agreed to provide an additional bottle. She handled the situation professionally, but the extra wine was not “complimentary” as stated. It was already included in what we had paid. If you decide to book, I would recommend confirming clearly what is included per person. Based on our experience, it may be worth booking individually rather than as a couple to avoid confusion over inclusions. I would not choose this experience again. I would simply book the standard €18 boat tour instead.

  Amazing experience, even without being able to see the city. We got lost and were running slow because my elderly mother canʻt move quickly, but the staff were very friendly and waited without making us feel pressured. We werenʻt able to travel upstream due to the flooding, but they were willing to allow us to rebook for a date when the Seine wasnʻt flooding (we chose to stay for that night). Food was delicious and the rain let up enough for us to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle!

  It's a nice experience and the staff is nice, what's wrong? That they can modify for reasons X the itinerary and if you do not like it because you do not have a choice, pq until the return is doubtful and it is a matter of luck .....

  We couldn’t go down the path on the Seine normally taken as the river was to high that night.. but they still did allow wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower. Great food, fast service and a nice music background.
