We had a wonderful private cooking class with Maddy, private chef in the ultra modern kitchen. She had so many tips and tricks for making our class such fun and easy to take home to my kitchen. She gave recommendations for her favorite local restaurants. My husband and I highly recommend this class.

We can’t stop talking about this incredible cooking class with Andrea! It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of that unmistakable Italian passion for food. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine from scratch, which was such a fun and hands-on experience. Watching simple ingredients turn into perfect pasta felt almost magical. The Alfredo sauce we prepared was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious—with just butter, Parm and pasta water. On top of that, we made bruschetta bursting with fresh flavors, and a delightful caimelline biscuit that was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Every dish felt authentic and thoughtfully taught, with plenty of tips and stories along the way. Andrea was fantastic! So patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to share her story and love of cooking. It was a fabulous experience that combined great food, great company, and a true taste of Italian culture. We recommend this class and LivTours Cooking School to anyone visiting Rome—it’s not just a meal, it’s a memory you’ll take home with you.

We had a fantastic time cooking with Dylan! He was thoughtful, generous, and patient with us. We have two teenage boys 16 and 18 and he kept them entertained the whole time. The kitchen itself was clean and Dylan did a great job maintaining the cleanliness while we cooked. And to top it off, the food we prepared was delicious! We highly recommend Dylan’s cooking class!
