We did the workshop with Christine and it was super fun! Absolutely recommend this if you like pasta, even if you’re not such a talented cook (I’m not). It’s a great experience plus dinner in the end, having the chance to eat the pasta you made yourself is really rewarding!

I've attended many cooking classes around the world. This was one of the finest cooking experiences I've attended. Milena was our host. She could not have been better in terms of instructing us, helping us to improve and entertaining us during the entire time we were there. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. I'd give this class six stars if I could (or even seven).

A fabulous experience with Alessandra’s guidance and reaching! We love how Alesandra broke down all the steps required for our pastamania experience! Everything that we made tasted delicious! We definitely will be adding the new step of coating our pasta with butter and sage. So delicious! We bought ourselves an apron and a ravioli press so that we can continue of pasta making adventures back home with our family. We both thoroughly enjoyed this class and meeting everyone from different parts of the world. Thank you to Alesandra and everyone that we met for a wonderful dinner with some new friends.

Lots of fun, great class where you learn a lot from a friendly guide. This was great for beginners and the food was really good in the end. It was very authentic and it was a high quality class. Great location near the city center across the river.

The chef walks you through making several types of pasta via hands on experience. Then he cooks up the pasta and adds it to spaghetti and butter/sage sauces. Once done, you get to eat it with wine! Dessert and lemomcello end the meal. A short wine tasting is conducted.

This course was excellent and the instruction was very informative. My son has serious food allergies and they were able to accommodate him safely. This class was also good for adults and for kids (ours are 10 & 12). As it is a lengthy class, I’d suggest having a snack beforehand. We began the class at 6:30pm, and did not eat dinner until close to 10pm so everyone was pretty hungry. If that’s too late for anyone to eat, they offer earlier classes that could be better. Looking forward to trying out what I learned at home!
