I can make my own pasta now! I got great recipes I can use. Camilla was a superb teach (yes, Chef!) and a wonderful group of fellow pasta-holics and a great location on the river and easy to find! My sister and I both bought ravioli stamps and one member bought a pasta guitar - we would have gotten one too but couldn’t fit it in our suitcase!

Excellent experience making pasta for the first time! Camilla was very helpful and made me feel like I could do it and I did it! We all made very yummy pasta and we met some lovely classmates that gave us great tips on sites to see as well as a good time sharing our experience and a wonderful meal that WE MADE! Camilla had made a wonderful dessert and gave us all the recipes, and my sister and I both bought ravioli stamps knowing we would try this at home! And it was a gorgeous walk along the river to her location and very easy to find!

The experience was fantastic. Everything was very well arranged and organized. The class was excellent and the food that we ended up preparing was very good! The chef went out of his way to make all the "students" in the class feel great and to make the class as entertaining as possible. I went with my 13 year old daughter and she says that this was the highlight of the trip! 100% recommended!!!

This was truly a fantastic experience and THE highlight of our trip for our kids (20, 17 and 13). Giacomo treated us like family from the beginning of our time with him, and is a wonderful teacher and host (and handsome to boot). This was also the best pasta we had throughout our trip. Highly recommend this for anyone coming to Florence, looking for an authentic Italian experience. Grazie!
