Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and FETTUCCINE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.
We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani".
Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully at the end of the experience.

This pasta class was fantastic. Our instructor, Christine was amazing. She explained everything so well and gave so many practical tips that can easily be implemented at home. The sauces were delicious and dessert was a bonus. Highly recommended!

What a great experience. We learned a lot about how to properly make pasta from scratch. Our chef Nicola was fantastic. The group my family was with at the table was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this place for good cooking and eating along with superb family grown wine from their vineyard. A must attend!!

AMAZING experience!! Chef Marta made our cooking so fun and enjoyable. She was authentic and did a great job of getting the class talking and working together. Meeting other people in our class was also so cool!

This class was an amazing experience! Very professional with a video in the beginning, and out chef was so funny and helpful. We got to make 3 different pasta shapes and then help cook each one.
