Our pasta making class was great! Everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. Our group was just the right size, not too big. Camilla was our instructor and she did a great job of leading the class with the right amount of instruction and humor. Thank you for such a great time!

Fun experience, but some rooms are nicer. Went with my adult children and husband and we were paired with a family with very young kids. We had a good time but would’ve rather not been with children. However the pasta making was fun, the instructor was knowledgeable and nice and it tasted great!! Also the wine was delicious.

Grazie mille to Simona and Pastamania for such a fun experience and lessons learned in crafting fettuccini and ravioli! Simona's fun and enthusiasm for teaching these techniques really stuck with our family and we are so happy to be able to cook pasta at home that will forever remind of us Florence.
