We could not have had a better experience! Giacomo was simply wonderful. He thoroughly explained every detail of our pasta making and made our experience very intentional. He was GREAT with including our 5 and 8 year olds! Our only complaint is that we cannot just take him with us and have a personal guide of Italy with the master of food! 10/10 experience!

This was such an amazing experience!! We made three different pasta types. I was surprised how easy it was. We had step by step instructions. We made enough food for a nice dinner. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious ❤️ Our instructor was incredible. She really made the experience fun. I highly recommend for something different and not the typical tourist experience.

Adult daughter (18) and mother trip. This class was WONDERFUL! Ale was our favorite part, with the pasta being a close second. If you are in Florence, you MUST do this. I'm going to start making a cooking class a part of every trip I go on!

Fantastic experience. We made pasta practically on the banks of the Arno River, with Ponte Vecchio just steps away. Their wine, produced on the estate, was excellent as well. Of the three pasta dishes, the truffle ravioli was my favorite. 100% recommended

We went to Pastamenia on Saturday at 12, and honestly, we had such a great day. We were split into two groups, and in ours we were 6 people, which felt just right — not too crowded, not too quiet, just enough people to laugh with (and slightly judge each other’s pasta skills 😄). The course itself was so much fun. We learned to make three different kinds of pasta and actually understood the difference — which felt like a small personal victory. The chef was fantastic. Easy to understand, super knowledgeable, and clearly very passionate about what he does. He was patient, helpful, and made sure no one completely destroyed their dough (which I definitely tried at one point). At the end, we got to eat the pasta we made ourselves, which was both fun and a bit nerve-wracking, but it turned out amazing! Somehow it tasted even better knowing we made it ourselves (or at least most of it…). The chef also served wine for those who wanted it. I don’t drink, so I can’t say much there, but my wife really enjoyed it, so I’ll take her word for it. We were also paired with four people from the US (we’re from Sweden), and it couldn’t have worked out better. Great conversations, lots of laughs, and it honestly felt like we could have just continued the evening together. All in all, I wouldn’t change a thing. We had fun from start to finish — and left with full stomachs, new skills, and a bit more respect for anyone who makes pasta every day. Thank you for such a lovely day — great people, great food, and a really nice atmosphere ❤️

Truly immersive and fun activity to do while in Florence. It seems that they have been teaching fresh pasta classes for a decade, and you can really feel their knowledgeable experience. I appreciated the location, am historical building near Ponte Vecchio, and above all the professional and attentive approach of our host Giacomo that made everything replicable while all having fun. In the end I left this class relaxed, joyful and nourished! A great experience indeed!

I can’t say enough great things about this class - it was certainly a highlight of our short time in Florence. Nicola is a wonderful teacher and the pasta we made was delicious!! Unexpected bonus, our classmates were fun and interesting, so our meal together at the end of class was lovely. SO MUCH FUN. I’ll recommend this class to anyone we know heading to Florence. For those with kids - our teacher was excellent with kids and I’d think kids probably age 9+ would love it! Mine did!
