In a fascinating historical palace, just steps from Ponte Vecchio, you'll experience Florence's best fresh pasta school—an adventure that combines culture, taste, and conviviality, awarded for three consecutive years by Viator (Experience Award Winner 2023-2025) as one of the world's best tourist experiences. Guided by a professional instructor, you'll master three types of fresh pasta: fettuccine, ravioli, and tortellini, becoming the protagonist, kneading and shaping it with your own hands. This isn't simply a cooking class—it's a transformative journey weaving together theory, tradition, and creativity. Each participant prepares their pasta, then we cook everything together to share like an Italian family. While our tomato sauce simmers in advance, watch as butter and sage sauce is prepared fresh before your eyes. The 3-hour journey culminates around a large convivial table savoring your creations, followed by chocolate salami dessert with limoncello. You'll receive a recipe booklet and enjoy wine tasting from our production—with the option to purchase and ship bottles to your country. Perfect for individuals, couples, groups of friends, families, students, and corporate teams.

The reviews are correct! This is a trip highlight experience. It was so much fun. Giacomo is a great teacher. He made our group of 8 (who we just met!) feel like family. We learned how to make pasta from scratch, surprisingly easy! The meal was great, we ate our freshly made pasta family style with wine. Definitely book this. Some of our best memories of Florence.

Giancomo was our Chef. He spoke to everyone and had a sense of humor. We made one dough but shaped 3 different types of pasta, two with different filling. Actually making the pasta required skill and Giancomo was really helpful. He shared a few recipes and chatting with him was nice. We ate what we made. There was a lot of it. Everyone`s plate was empty by the end of dinner, wine included. Would do this again.

What a fantastic experience! Giacomo is so knowledgeable and a great teacher. The lesson was informative and fun. The food and wine were absolutely delicious. I have taken pasta-making classes before, but felt I learned more at this one.

My husband and I took Giacomo’s pasta making class and the entire experience was spectacular! A must-do for any pasta lover, of any age and skill level. Giacomo was patient, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and made the night so fun. We made tagliatelle, tortellini and ravioli. He even provided dessert which was a very unexpected and delicious surprise! Highly recommend taking this class.

So much fun. Wedding party activity with 17 in our group. Wine tasting class was great and THEN…pasta making class. Rolling out the dough and singing to Italian classics! Wine was great and certainly set the mood. Don’t miss this if you can fit it in your schedule. Worthwhile!

Wonderful experience learning how to make fresh pasta with Erica! She was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience fun for our entire family, 9 of us ranging in age from 8-71! It was also great hearing about Erica's experience living in Florence. She made our visit in Florence a truly memorable one. Highly recommend!
