We have 2 options of fast track including Standard which is fast track only and VIP which is a full service, with descriptions in the options.

Fast Track is available from 06.00am - 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel
Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Standard Arrival Fast Track
Standard Fast Track: Please walk to the Coral Premium Arrival Lounge. The lounge is located in the middle of the arrival hall.
Duration: 15 minutes
Standard: This only includes fast track immigration. The guide will end service at the immigration desk.
Transfer & Depart Fast Track
VIP Fast Track: Fast Track immigration including assistance at check-in
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
Hotel Transfer : Private vehicle from your hotel anywhere on Phuket Island to Phuket airport.
Departure Fast Track & Lounge
Includes VIP Departure Fast Track Service and 2 Hour Lounge
Fast Track: Includes Meet by guide, check in assistance, fast track immigration, passport control assistance.
VIP Departure: Your guide will meet you outside Door 3 of the International Terminal with your name on the cart at a designated time
Standard Departure Fast Track
Departure Fast Track: After you check in, please go to the Coral Concierge Counter – Row H, 3rd Floor (near the elevator), inside the Terminal

5.00Skip the standing in line after a long flight. A guide met me right outside the plane. He took my baggage and escorted me through a priority immigration line. I was through in less than 10 minutes. I opted for the hotel transfer option. He waited for my checked bag, then I was whisked away to my hotel in a private mini bus. I highly recommend this service.

5.00Easy to locate the counter ! Clear instruction and helpful staff . Very fast lane as well . Only issue is there is no queue at all at the immigration departure which I was not aware bec sometimes the queue might be long. It is possibly bec of the war so less tourist coming as well as the hot season in April like 33 degrees. ! Not at all the fault of the staff or any provider just the circumstances. When we came to Phuket there was really a long queue but the wait perhaps just 15 -20 mins . Could hv use this service if I am in a hurry on arrival. But I did not book bec my flight was short anyway. Still good to know how efficient if I needed help next time!

5.00Top, a Coral Lounge employee was already waiting for me when I got off the plane with a name tag and took me through immigration within less than 5 minutes. Afterwards, my suitcases were loaded onto a suitcase trolley and I was escorted with luggage to the airport exit. It doesn't get any more comfortable. Would book again anytime.

1.00They don’t keep an eye on your incoming flight so it is seriously a 50/50 chance they will even be there to meet you with a sign with your name, even though they guarantee they will. My flight was 100% on time so absolutely no excuse… I ended up having to go through Immigration with everyone else as per normal even though I paid for the express experience which was the price of some Domestic flights…. I never leave feedback and have always been extremely respectful and easy going throughout my life, however, you sent me this link asking about my experience… Short version, I didn’t have one 🤷🏽♂️ Very disappointed !!

5.00Booked VIP Fast Track for a speedy exit when arriving at Phuket International in the evening. Immigration line was about 2hrs... I was met by VIP Fast Track staff when exiting the air bridge, was through Immigration and had my luggage in less than 15 minutes, into my pre booked taxi to start our holiday! Staff were most excellent, money well spent after a long flight!
