We have 2 options of fast track including Standard which is fast track only and VIP which is a full service, with descriptions in the options.

Fast Track is available from 06.00am - 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel
Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Standard Fast Track: Please walk to the Coral Premium Arrival Lounge. The lounge is located in the middle of the arrival hall.

Standard: This only includes fast track immigration. The guide will end service at the immigration desk.

5.00Worth every penny. Met as soon as we got to the airport ok the bust from the plane. Walked right through the madness of Phuket airport, there were 1000’s of people in all sort of queues and we were taken to an empty line and walked right through.
Do not use this service unless you have money to waste thats all it is, a waste of money and they dont do what they are

1.00Do not book for the airport arrival. They are just taking money and do not check if flight has been delayed please do not use, I normally beer leave reviews but really want to WARN them. It looks legit company but they are very bad at taking money and not following through with product STAY WELL CLEAR DO NOT USE

5.00Got in at 10pm and was met promptly in the customs section by 2 representatives holding a sign with our name. The regular line was probably a 30-45 minute queue. We were escorted to a queue that (at least that day) had no waiting and were done in 2 minutes. The 2 very kind representatives helped us pick up luggage, showed us ATM as we wanted local currency, and where to wait for our shuttle that we called for our hotel for that night. Life savers!!

5.00I can’t recommend this service enough. We were immediately greeted by the representative and whisked through the entire immigration process like VIPs. The airport was crazy busy so after 25 hours of travel, this was a huge relief. We were then escorted to our transfer and everything was seamless. No fuss and complete ease.

5.00Used the service just to get us through immigration quicker, why wouldn’t you oay a little bit extra after a long flight to beat the 2 hour queue, we were through in 15 minutes. If we had realised may of paid extra to connect us with our transport to the hotel as was crazy outside the terminal trying to find the right company. Would definitely use again. 5.00We used this service to depart Phuket. We checked in normally then found the Viator Counter. From there we were escorted to a separate security check line and then separate immigration. The whole process was very fast and avoided the long queues for both security and immigration. Expensive but great service. Will use again.
