We have 2 options of fast track including Standard which is fast track only and VIP which is a full service, with descriptions in the options.

Fast Track is available from 06.00am - 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel
Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport
All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving. If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Standard Departure Fast Track
Departure Fast Track: After you check in, please go to the Coral Concierge Counter – Row H, 3rd Floor (near the elevator), inside the Terminal

Fast Track Arrival & Transfer
Fast Track & Hotel Transfer: This option includes VIP Fast Track Arrival with Premium Lane and one way Private Transfer to hotel anywhere on Phuket Island
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Standard Arrival Fast Track
Standard Fast Track: Please walk to the Coral Premium Arrival Lounge. The lounge is located in the middle of the arrival hall.
Duration: 15 minutes
Standard: This only includes fast track immigration. The guide will end service at the immigration desk.
VIP Arrival Fast Track Service
Full Service: Meet and Greet at the airbridge, fast track pass and assistance with baggage, porterage, customs and exit to arrivals
Arrival Fast Track Service: Includes Arrival Fast Track Pass and assistance from Gate to Exit
Transfer & Depart Fast Track
VIP Fast Track: Fast Track immigration including assistance at check-in

5.00I will never arrive without this. We were off the plane, through customs, baggage collected, and in our car on the way home all within about 15-20min. It was unreal, the fastest and easiest experience in ANY airport I’ve ever had. 10,000 stars.

5.00Excellent value for money! Fatastic experience and I’m so happy I did this. I arrived with on an international flight. At the airbridge a representative was waiting with a sign with my name and whisked my through passport control, while the rest of the people had to join a long 1-hour queue for passport control. If there is no queue this service has limited added value, but considering how much time I saved I’m happy I did this! In hindsight I would have booked the package including transfer as well to make it a truly seemless experience.

5.00We used this service at Phuket. We were met just after leaving the aircraft. We were taken straight through to passport control with just 3 people in front of us. The queues that were in the normal lanes were huge and having been there before would have probably taken an hour and half to two hours to get through so totally worth the price to be able to start our holiday without the long long queues. The agent quickly helped us with our cases and took us through to meet our private transfer.
