We made up the numbers on what was a Polish Tour. The commentary was in Polish with almost zero English spoken. There was a Thai guide but her English was only a little better than my Thai. We did the usual factory tours with a range from Cashew Nuts, Snake cosmetics and Precious stones accompanied by the usual hard sales and tourist prices. The highlight was the view from Promthep Cape which, besides the view, had some memorial for something and which I am sure the Polish were told what it was, and the walk around the Wat Chalong Temple complex.. We didn’t feel part of the group and felt like ducklings following along behind.
