  You will be greeted with class. Dominik was a perfectionist and did great work in anticipation of our visit. He had great appetizers, and special infused vodka which he made special. I will always appreciate his attention to detail.

  This was a really fun class put on by Dominik. He does an excellent job of setting the tone of the experience, teaching the techniques, and getting people involved. I've seen the other large classes posted and labeled as #1. Since I have no experience with them, it's unfair to compare. But our class of six felt very personal and attentive. The ingredients were fresh and good and you can observe how much work he puts into this three hour experience. He also distills his own flavored vodka that guests can purchase at the end (after numerous free samples of course). Plus, at the end his sweet kitty made an appearance much to the delight of everyone.

  The host was great. His home was beautiful, clean and with plenty of room for a group class. He was patient and knowledgeable. He helped us make delicious pierogis and provided a detailed recipe.

  Wonderful experience! Relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful space. Best pierogi’s we’ve ever had. World’s better than the restaurants. The homemade liquor was also super interesting and delicious.

  Very intimate and personal in the chef’s home. Our host Dominik was warm and knowledgeable about liquors and cooking in general. The pierogis were delicious, if we do say so ourselves, thanks to his patient guidance. One of the highlights of our visit to Warsaw.
