What To Expect

This will be your unique experience with making Pierogi with a beautiful view of the Warsaw skyline! You will have a chance to learn how to prepare the dough and several fillings (ie. sauerkraut with mushrooms, mushrooms, meat, potatoes and cheese, salmon and ricotta, spinach and feta cheese, and some sweet options with seasonal fruits - let me know if you have any allergies or if you have a special diet). All these are accompanied by beverages of your choice: alcoholic and soft drinks. After the preparation part comes well-deserved consumption which may take place on the rooftop terrace or inside depending on the weather and your mood. Our plan is a short introduction with a local choice for starters and a welcome drink. Let's get to know each other before we start this intimate experience of sharing one table and kitchen. Dough preparation. While dough will be resting we will start preparing fillings. Let's make some Pierogi! and combine the dough with a filling. Time to eat, drink chat, and chill - it's time for you. The activity was great! This was a highlight of our visit to Warsaw. Dominik greeted us with lovely charcuterie and his own drinks, explaining all the offerings. Then we got cooking. He was a good teacher - guiding our dough work. It was a good mix of traditional and contemporary fillings. Very fun evening!

A great time in Warsaw. Dominic is a gracious host and instructor. We made everything from a simple dough with 6 amazing fillings. We started with a snack on his rooftop deck with tastes of homemade vodka. Then on to rolling dough, mixing fillings and a feast of our pierogies back on the rooftop. Highly recommend for a fun hands on experience. Thanks Dominic!!

Dominic and his wife were great company. Very informative tips on how to cook a great pierogi, dough was thin and soft (better than chewy version in many restaurants), fillings went from basic to basic to inventive. A wide range of superb liqueurs. A very relaxed and inviting setting. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Dominik had prepped 5 fillings and then we 4 participants added additional elements to season them, mixed our own doughs and then rolled out the dough, filled them and enjoyed! We could chat and meet each other, try a wide variety of homemade liquors (including dogwood, quince, limoncello etc) . Environment was clean and professional and English no problem. Highly recommend!

It was such a fun evening. Dominik, the host, was amazing. The class was held in his home, which was spacious enough for us to work in but also cozy at the same time. He engaged us in conversation, but gave us time to talk with the other guests. He explained each step of the process and offered to send all the recipes so we didn't have to remember it on our own. We shared charcuterie with Polish cheeses and meat, some wonderful liqueurs and pierogies with 5 different fillings. My grandfather was Polish so I grew up eating pierogies, but these weren't like any I'd had before. It was so great to try new recipes! Absolutely recommend Dominik and his class.
