It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the tour, nor to have a refund or reschedule the tour.

Once the audio guides are handed over before the guided tour, they become the full responsibility of the customer. In case of loss, a fee of €80 will be charged.

5.00Ricardo was very knowledgeable and made the trip an absolute pleasure! if booking this trip, be aware that they can't drive right up to Piazza dei Miracoli (where the tower is), so it's about a 10-minute walk with the group from where they can drop everyone off.
Pisa Tower Climb

4.00We did the Tower climb option. We start with a brief overview of Pisa on the bus. When we got there we had another guide tell us about Pisa, the cathedral and the bell tower. We had a brief tour of the cathedral before head on to the tower. The climb was easy enough but steps very slippery. After the climb (which takes about 30 minutes) we had free time before heading back to Florence (about 45 minutes). It was a reasonable tour, perhaps a little rushed.

1.00Alexandra was terrible. She did not ensure that the group kept up with her while walking to Pisa from the bus and many members were left behind at crosswalks. She spoke in both English and Spanish and I was under the impression this was an English speaking tour.

4.00Our tour leader was a bit flustered when she arrived and maybe wasn’t having her best day. She stated at the beginning she was our tour leader and her job was to get us to all of our different activities as it was a mixed tour and also in two languages. Otherwise, the destination was wonderful and we enjoyed the amount of time allotted.

5.00The tour was well organized and it was very easy to locate the meet up point. We do not travel internationally that often so we were a little uncertain how difficult it may have been. Hillary was great and was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we thought was odd was that the tour was in both English and Spanish but only two people of the 40 or so were Spanish. It would have been nicer to just have one language spoken as it took a lot of time for the guides to say everything twice.
