We would like to express our complaint and request the refund. On 21 June when we tried to access the Pisa tower we were told that this ticket (send by Viator) was fake because it did not show the price of the ticket and there was no bar code. We could not access any sites in Pisa with this ticket and had to pay extra for new official tickets (and we did not manage to get the ones for the Pisa tower). We were told by museum employees to ask for the refund. Please tell us what details you need to proceed with the refund.

We were very disappointed in paying for this. We tried to contact the tour company “Yo Tours” multiple times because the audio guide link that we paid extra for did not work. They only responded once saying once again they sent us the link, but did not acknowledge the messages that it did not work and would not acknowledge refunding us for the audio tour part. We also selected the 9:00 am tour but the tickets we received were for 9:45 am, making it a very tight squeeze for our next tour. We were very disappointed and would like to hear back from someone to fix this, and to refund, at the very least, the audio tour.

Visiting Pisa itself was absolutely beautiful. It’s like a once in a lifetime experience. The only downfall was figuring out where to get out tickets to enter each facility. I thought going through Viator would make it more seamless, but I should have just gone and figured it out. This was the first time Viator didn’t work in our favor

The complex itself is beautiful. We had a wonderful day. The only issue we had was that since we were not met by any guide, we were not able to get the recorded/scripted version we paid for. It was confusing and we did not get any historical facts.
