In our Pizza, Gelato, and Supplì Cooking Class, you will explore the delicious world of Italian cuisine. Led by expert chef, you'll participate in hands-on activities, such as: Pizza Making: Learn to make authentic Italian pizzas from the ground up. Participants will be shown how to prepare the dough and choose the best toppings for a mouthwatering pizza. Gelato Making: Uncover the secrets of crafting smooth, flavorful gelato. You’ll try out both traditional and modern flavors while learning about the detailed process of making gelato. Roman Supplì: Experience the joy of making Roman supplì—crispy risotto balls filled with melted mozzarella. Participants will be guided in creating this popular Italian snack, mastering the perfect combination of textures and flavors. Share a memorable time with friends and family as you immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Italian cooking. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned chef, our class offers a fun and unique experience for everyone.

5.00OMG…I had the best experience. The group was so intimate and cosy. The chef was exceptional and had so much knowledge for us all to soak up. You are taught every step of the process with lots of guidance. It’s fun and you don’t have to take yourself too seriously. I’d recommend to anybody staying in Rome for sure! Plus, I was completely unaware of the strikes on the trains and Crown Tours knew I was travelling and they gave me so much guidance, more than I could have asked for. Lastly, after too much limoncello and wine, I left my headphones! The staff were so accommodating and helped me locate them in the building and I picked them up first thing the next day. A big thank you for going above and beyond. I will always use Crown Tours again for future trips.

5.00Jacobo was amazing! One of the best highlights of my time in Rome! My class was originally a group booking, but rather than canceling when the others couldn't make it, they upgraded me to a private experience. Truly remarkable customer service and you can tell they live what they do! The kitchen was absolutely exquisite and I left with a wonderful full belly. Truly an exceptional and professional experience—highly recommend to anyone visiting!
