Participants will be shown how to prepare the dough and choose the best toppings for a mouthwatering pizza. Gelato Making: Uncover the secrets of crafting smooth, flavorful gelato. You’ll try out both traditional and modern flavors while learning about the detailed process of making gelato. Roman Supplì: Experience the joy of making Roman supplì—crispy risotto balls filled with melted mozzarella. Participants will be guided in creating this popular Italian snack, mastering the perfect combination of textures and flavors. Share a memorable time with friends and family as you immerse yourself in the rich traditions of Italian cooking. Amazing experience, the best pizza I've ever eaten! Marco was so engaging and made the whole experience so engaging. The kitchen is well-equipped and like a professional kitchen. I had an excellent time, so glad I chose this class.

We have chosen pizza&suppli&gelato class. We managed to have it with Alessandro - what an amazing person to spend time with. We really did enjoy the whole time and it was really nice to learn about chef’s tips. Definitely worth every euro spent! Cant wait to take pasta class.

A brilliant morning spent learning how to make Gelato, Suppli and Pizza with the wonderful Alessandro. We had so much fun. Alessandro was simply brilliant, funny and super informative. Food and drinks were plenty (you eat what you make.....so do a good job... haha) Do not miss this opportunity for a fun time when visiting Rome. We have seen all the sights which are terrific but I can safely say that this has been the best experience of all. Thankyou Alessandro.

I attended with my husband and 2 daughters (ages 9 and 7) for my birthday. Davide was the chef. What an amazing experience. We had the place to ourselves. We learnt the technical aspects behind how to make the pizza dough. We made vanilla with lemon ice cream and pistachio ice cream. So delicious! It was fun to flip the dough. There was a variety of toppings. Then we were allowed to enjoy our pizza and gelato. I would highly recommend it for beginners and those experienced with cooking. Suppli was super fun and yummy! We had a blast! Thank you.

This was an amazing experience. We learned to make Roman pizza, suppli, and gelato. We got to mingle with others and enjoying each others company while making our meal. Definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

We had a cooking class with Davide today & had an amazing experience! We made a variation of dishes, Davide was great at explaining and educating along the way, and we had the best day. Topped off by enjoying the food as a sit down meal at the end. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome!
