  Aracanto planned a fantastic two week trip for us! Everything was smooth and communication was great! We especially loved our guide in Bogotá, Byron, who had a whole fountain of information and historical context to share. And our time in Cartagena with Carolina was very meaningful; we loved the drum workshop and mangrove tour. All of the details were cleanly planned out and made for a relaxing and enjoyable time!

  I can’t say enough about how wonderful ARACANTO travel was during our recent adventure to Cartagena Columbia. Margoth And her team were always available to answer every question from the beginning planning stages of our trip to last-minute questions while we were in Columbia.. her attention to detail cannot be matched. Even with a few last-minute changes needed to be made she accommodated our group graciously. I also want to mention Oscar our travel guide. He was funny, knowledgeable and kind and always on time Gustavo our guide to an amazing private drum lesson was a perfect translator to make everything even more educational and enjoyable. Our cooking class at Ooh La La bistro was a personal curated experience and 10 out of 10. Alex our driver was always on time kind and greeted everyone with a smile. couldn’t of asked for a better experience in Columbia and would recommend ARACANTO travel to every family and friend.

  Make Colombia your next destination and get Aracanto to plan it for you. We are fairly adventurous travelers and till now have always planned our vacation DIY. As we started to plan for Colombia we came across Aracanto and had our first discussion with Margoth. And we were impressed from get go. She was marvelous about suggesting itineraries, incorporating what we wanted and even including entire portions which were new to Aracanto. She communicated with us regularly, made bookings and kept us updated. We were really starting to like the whole idea of using travel planning services. That was just the planning and booking part. What really impressed us was the quality of services Aracanto booked for us. We had passionate local guides in Medellin and Bogota who are proud of their cities and made us feel welcome, took us to places on the plan and beyond and shared their personal stories and in the end became friends. Our birding guides in Santa Marta and Sierra Nevada were again avid birders with encyclopedic knowledge of the local area. Aracanto arranged really comfortable rides and transfers for the entire 10 day trip. Most important they were always there. Margoth and Felipe would answer our calls on the first ring! They were like like having local family. Though 10 days are really short to experience the magic of Colombia, having Aracanto manage the trip let us get so much more.

  Margoth and her team planned an action packed customized itinerary through Colombia for my husband and I. Throughout the trip creation process and the trip, she provided seamless communication and tips. She perfectly customized our itinerary to accommodate all of our requests including bird watching, hiking, amazing restaurant reservations, and even a private scuba diving excursion. Our travels took us from Medellin to the Caribbean coast and Cartagena. She selected took notch boutique hotels which made us feel right at home in Colombia.   Wow - hands down one of the most personal and detail-oriented travel companies that I have ever worked with. From day one of planning my trip, Margoth was such a pleasure to work with. Her efficiency at getting answers that I needed and providing me with such personalized options that were within my budget was a lifesaver on this last minute trip as we worked to come up with various excursions while in Cartagena. Felipe was also a wonderful asset in assisting us once in Colombia. From helping when there was an issue with immigration requirements to ensuring our hotel understood our needs when there was a language barrier, I cannot thank Aracanto enough for all of their help. If you're planning a trip to Colombia - I would definitely recommend Aracanto to assist with your nuanced needs.

  Aracanto planned me a 3-day weekend getaway to Cartagena while I was living in Medellin. The whole experience was outstanding. Margoth is extremely responsive on WhatsApp and email and the whole planning process went extremely smoothly. The trip itself went perfectly - the guides and drivers from Aracanto were the best I've had in Colombia. I had an absolutely amazing time! I'll only use Aracanto from here on out whenever I need any tours or planning in Colombia!

  Outstanding service from the team at Aracanto and from Margoth. My wife and I were overwhelmed by the idea of planning our vacation in Colombia as neither of us speaks Spanish and we had time constraints. Thankfully, a friend suggested using Aracanto and we ended with a carefully organised and delightful trip. They arranged all of our reservations for accommodations, restaurants, transfers, and tours. Everything went seamlessly and everyone we were introduced to was knowledgeable and professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Aracanto!

  Received an excellent level of service from Margoth who was incredibly responsive throughout, making it an unforgettable trip. Don't usually use travel companies so this travel planning service was ideal, ensuring ultimate flexibility and keeping pricing fully transparent. Margoth's knowledge of Colombia was amazing. She ensured we had a truly local experience everywhere we visited. I would highly recommend visiting Medellin and the coffee region. Will certainly be returning in the near future to experience more of the wonders of Colombia.
