The bus itself was comfortable, and the journey included proper stops for breakfast and lunch, which made the trip more pleasant. However, there was an issue at boarding as my name was not initially on the passenger list. After discussing it with the staff and sharing my booking details, they allowed me to board the bus. While it was resolved, it caused unnecessary stress at the start of the trip. Overall, the experience would be much smoother if the booking arrangements and communication between the agent and bus operator were properly coordinated in advance. I hope this can be improved in the future to provide a more hassle-free experience for travelers.
