What To Expect
The guide will meet you at the entrance of the ruins and will bring you in the ancient city buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A. D. describing the highlights such as the Amphitheater, the Gym of the Gladiators, the houses with lush gardens, the shops along the main street till the Forum, the city center with its public buildings.

5.00Neither my husband nor I are experts in history so we fear being bored... but it was quite the opposite! Roberta captivated us she knew interest us she is very catchy and shares her knowledge with enthusiasm and pleasure. We highly recommend it because it made our visit to Pompei extraordinary and unforgettable!

5.00We had an incredible time with Roberta!! She is a true expert on Pompeii and clearly passionate about history. She catered the tour to our group's interests and kept it interesting and informative. Not all of us are history buffs but she made it so we all enjoyed and had a lot of fun. We especially appreciated that she took us to an area where an active dig is taking place, which we never would have found on our own. The time flew by but we could have spent all day with Roberta!! Also, before the tour it was very easy to communicate with her. I HIGHLY recommend Roberta and will seek her out for other tours when we return to the Naples area.
