we really enjoyed the tour with louis and abraham. luis is very knowledgeable, we asked so many questions and he was super excited to explain everything to us. they brought us to amazing places and showed us 3 cenotes! we highly recommend this tour!

The tour was beautiful, we had a very nice day where you could see all the colors. Captain Abraham and guide Daniel were super friendly and explanatory, took us to very beautiful places to swim, offered us a couple of drinks and cut fresh fruit. Daniel rating that he knows a lot about the lagoon and explained everything, the duration of the tour was perfect and the boat was in perfect condition.

Captain Nacho and tour guide Kenya professional attention 100%, knowledge and correct explanation understanding everything they wanted to make known, giving us the necessary times to enjoy the attractions visited in the lagoon of Bacalar, people who attended us 100% empathetic. Upon arrival at the port of departure we were attended by Marcos, who informed us that there was the right place; likewise we felt that we did not consider ourselves to wonder what we would like to taste fruit on the trip, I only ask foreign tourists. Outside of that incident everything else extraordinary. Thank you!...

Louis was a wonderful Tour guide and Nacho a great captain. Lois provided great information on the tour, explaining all the local details of the centres, bird island and history of the area! They were both fun too and got us playing frisbee and volleyball when we went in the water! We had a wonderful day! Thank you!
