What To Expect

Once you arrived in the city and are ready to explore Prague, you can join the 4-hour city walking tour to see Prague's highlights, major attractions and most significant and interesting historical sites, such as the Jewish Quarter, historical buildings of Old Town, famous Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. This guided walk is available every day at 11am departing from Old Town Square. Your chauffer will give you a voucher with all the details.

5.00Great communication from booking to travel. Driver waited longer than he was contracted to do after border control delays meant we were 45 minutes past pick up. Met us in arrival and helped us with cases. Got us to our hotel in super quick time. Will definitely use again and recommend them to friends.

5.00Our flight was delayed & our baggage took some time to appear. Our expected pick up time was 21:00 but we finally emerged after 22:00. Our driver contacted us by 22:15 and appeared in a very nice saloon car, instead of a multiple drop-off vehicle, and whisked us to our hotel!

5.00Our driver Gennadij was excellent! Unfortunately we were waiting for 2 hours to get through passport control and he kept in contact with me throughout the wait. He was very polite, friendly and professional and got us to our hotel safely! Would not hesitate in recommending this service to anyone and if we were to return to Prague again I would definitely be using them!

1.00Have booked and paid for transfers weeks in advance, we arrived at 7.30pm on Sunday 26th October and when I couldn't find a driver waiting I contacted Prague Airport Transfers to say we had arrived only yo recieve a short message stating they could not pick us up until 1 .5 hrs later. After a lengthy phone call I told them to cancel and refund both bookings. It took another 30 minutes to get an other transport. NOT a great start to a holiday due to a unreliable company.

5.00Tomas (Tommy) was my driver this evening. He was great. Excellent driving and talkative. He was easy to find after leaving baggage claim. My flight was a little delayed and he and the other passengers were very patient.
