  I made a tour with Brazil Tur and I want to especially thank Jackson, who attended me with a lot of kindness and explained everything right. The Enterprise is super organized, punctual and attentive to customers. I will definitely travel with them again!

  Carneiros in our case opted for the boat. Crystal clear waters, natural pools, variety of fish and beaches. The very complete bora bora complex. They have your lunch prepared when returning from the excursion, the very nice guide explaining about the area. It's to go more than once.

  Beautiful place to really rest, with sun and views of the area. Depending on the tides you can enjoy different types of beach. From own waves to enjoy and surf, to calm and even low water full of fish. We went in August, 10 really sunny days and with temperatures between 24 and 28oC all day, as the thermal amplitude is practically zero. They said it was rainy season, although 1 day it rained and we took advantage of it by going to know Recife and its Shopping (really cheap prices compared to Argentina)

  I do not recommend this tour. The transfer is long, the guide even was attentive, but the catamaran takes a lot of people at the same time — that is, you have no control of the situation. This tour format is not what most would like for their holidays, and several people in the group shared the same opinion. By the price, especially if you are traveling in a couple, it is much cheaper to hire a taxi and then rent a boat just for you. We ended up choosing an individual boat and did not regret it: it was a much more pleasant and personalized experience. Traveling in a crowded catamaran, frankly, is not worth it.

  Insurmountable. The quality of the Service provided is excellent. The quality of the food is excellent. Structure. Amenities. I have no words to thank the staff for their affection for our family. The catamaran ride is short, but takes the tourist to know something he has never seen before.

  I feel misled by Enterprise BrasilTur and I leave here my report so that other people do not go through the same embarrassment and frustration that we had. Me and my family (6 people) will post this same report on Google, Reclame Here, TripAdvisor, Instagram. We closed a 4 day tour with the vendor Madson, who sold us a dream. We were 6 people and we paid more than R$ 2,000.00 waiting for a professional Service. What we received was a festival of disorganization, lack of transparency and total disrespect with the client. 👉 Day 1: The transfer was 30 minutes late, we were waiting in the rain, without any warning or support. 👉 Day 2: The return from the tour was contracted for 15h30, but on the way back we were already informed that it would be at 15h. When we arrived at the Beach Club, the guide rushed us and made us leave at 2:30, claiming that “everyone wanted to leave” — which was not true. We lost an hour of the ride without any acceptable justification. 👉 Dive: The greatest absurdity. We hired a dive sold as “up to 8 meters deep”, but when we reached the meeting point we were directed to a third-party Enterprise (Ganesh Dergulhos) — which was never informed at the time of the sale. On the spot, we were informed that the diving would be up to 4 meters. However, what we had was a “dive” of no more than 1 and a half meters! We have video evidence from the instructor saying this, plus images that show that our head hasn't even been completely submerged. A real lie, they fooled us in the face. And to make it worse: our dive was scheduled for 11:00, they asked us to arrive at 10:30, and yet we arrived at 10:20. Result: by noon we hadn’t sunk yet. We feel misled, disrespected and disappointed. BrazilTur has proved disorganized, poorly transparent and irresponsible. They spoiled our experience in a destiny that should be just joy. I do not recommend this Enterprise to anyone. Tourism companies should take the trust of customers seriously. Unfortunately, BrazilTur failed at everything even with the support of the seller Madson, who after leaving me 24 hours unanswered, had the courage to inform me that he was giving me the necessary support.
