3.00The island is amazing, natural pools, all very beautiful. Negative point was for Lup's organization. Launch with 1 hour delay, we were asked to arrive 30 minutes in advance and there was this delay. The tour was only 1 hour and the combined was 2h30min, we couldn't get to know everything about the island.

3.00Lup Beach Club is a beautiful place, well located and visually pleasant. However, the experience as a whole left much to be desired. Prices are very high, especially when compared to the nearby restaurants, which offer similar options for much lower values and with better cost-effectiveness. The service was the main problem. On one of the days, we made a simple order: two traditional hamburgers and a portion of fried potatoes. After an hour and a half of waiting, when we questioned the delay, the attendant went to the kitchen and informed that the hamburgers had run out. Then he asked if we still wanted the fried potatoes. Even so, the potato took more than 30 minutes to arrive after this confirmation, which is completely incompatible with the standard and prices practiced by the venue. As a positive point, it is worth noting the kindness of the staff in lending bucket and baby pads so that our baby could play in the sand, which was a caring and welcoming gesture.
