5.00Sensational service, we did not expect to be received with a plaquette and much less personalized. We made 4 stretches, all were very punctual and with a clean car. We also had all the support during our trip. For excellence in service, we ask for indication for buggy ride and we close too. No words to describe the service provided.

The transfer that was supposed to transfer us from Porto to the Airport simply did not arrive despite writing to them by message

4.00A pleasant week, excellent climate, Enotel with many pools a great slow river, rich food, drinks, spacious room, beautiful gardens to the beachfront recommended one hundred 💯 percent....
Nobody showed up at the agreed hotel at the scheduled time. They left us in hand.

1.00The driver didn't show up at my hotel. At the appointed time he was in another city. We stay in hand. I requested a refund, and my lawyer is already taking action. Amateurism and disrespect like I never saw, I almost missed the flight and had to pay another driver.

1.00I hired a transfer from Porto de Galinhas to Recife, a price more expensive than taxis usually are, I had to pay a deposit to guarantee the trip and when it was time to go there was a delay of more than 40 minutes, the trip was scheduled with 2 days in advance for the company to delay on the day, charging dearly

5.00I completed a trip from Recife airport to Porto de Galinhas and Porto de Galinhas to the hotel in Recife, later. Maycon super nice and concerned people. The drivers he sent me were great, especially the one on the way back (Anderson, great!). I loved it and recommend the team. Trust, security and responsibility. When I return, I will hire them again.

This company, which positions itself as a provider of receptive services, has failed to meet the basic standards of communication and professionalism. Initially, I made advance contact via email, seeking to confirm the details of the contracted service well before the travel date. However, two days before my trip, I received an email from the company claiming difficulties in reaching out to me, despite my numerous attempts to communicate. I tried both the mobile and landline numbers provided, to no avail. The mobile number led to voicemail, the landline appeared to be non-existent, and my WhatsApp messages remained unanswered. Further investigation into the company revealed numerous unresolved complaints on Reclame Aqui, many without any response from Receptivo UP. Alarmingly, the physical address provided by the company does not correspond to a commercial establishment on Google Maps, raising serious concerns about the legitimacy of the business. Other customer reviews consistently reflect poor service delivery, or in cases like mine, a complete failure to provide the service that was contracted and paid for in advance. In light of these facts, I urge caution to anyone considering the services of Receptivo UP. This negative experience is a reminder to thoroughly vet service providers and seek reliable and verifiable references before entrusting them with your travel needs.
