The tour typically starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Kusadasi or Selcuk and a drive to the ancient city of Priene, which is located about an hour away. Priene was an important city of the Ionian League in ancient times and has a well-preserved theater, temples, and a bouleterion (council house).
After Priene, you'll drive to the ancient city of Miletus, which was one of the largest cities in ancient Anatolia. Here, you'll see the impressive theater, the agora, the Nymphaeum, and the Bath-Gymnasium complex. You'll also visit the Miletus Museum to see the artifacts that were discovered during the excavations.
The final stop on the tour is Didyma, which was a religious sanctuary dedicated to the god Apollo. The highlight of this site is the Temple of Apollo, which is one of the largest and most impressive temples in the ancient world.
After the tour is complete, you'll be driven back to your hotel in Kusadasi or Selcuk.

Miletos – These ancient ruins lie on a hill near the Aegean Sea. You can explore the ancient theater, built circa 4th century BC. The theater could accommodate over 15,000 spectators. We loved our tour to Preine, Miletus and Temple of Apollo. Our guide Yesra was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure our tour was the best. The Ruins were amazing and not crowded, allowing us to really understand the ancient history and visualize the past. Lunch was yummy.

We had a great time with Jon as our guide. He was professional, well-prepared and good with all of the guests. These archaeological sights are incredible to visit and offer another close option to visiting Ephesus.

Yasreh (sp?) is a first rate tour guide. She is extremely knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant. The Priene/Miletus/Didyma tour was among the highlights of our month in Turkey. Highly recommended.

Very interesting and empty. You should take half a day and put on sturdy shoes. Sun protection would also make sense

Excellent experience with the sites and the tour guide. She explained the history well, answered questions and gave us time at each site to wander and take pictures :) Since fewer tourists come to these sites, you'll have a more intimate experience and the pictures, in my opinion, are better because there are so few people in them if any!

Great tour of the most beautiful ruins of Turkey. I went for the third time, very pleased with the guide - a girl named Arzu. Professional guide with 12 years of experience, knows a lot about the country. The trip was very interesting, Arzu tells in a fascinating way, with a lot of details. Gave free time, but would like more. At my request, along the way we stopped at all the places where we wanted to take pictures.

Fantastic experience! This tour is a hidden gem. Fewer tourists makes it feel like you rented the whole place. The guide was knowledgeable, prompt and personable. In particular, the Temple of Apollo was incredible. Some of the best photos we have are from there.
