  Carmen was an excellent guide to the beautiful city of Salamanca. She is so knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the city, and as a native Salamancan, her love of the city is contagious. We very much enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend it and Carmen as a guide!

  The tour of the university was very interesting. Kudos to our guide who did our tour in freezing weather and rain. We had a train to catch, so had to watch our time. She spent more time in the Plaza Mayor than I felt we needed. We told her at the beginning if we didn't get into the cathedrals much or at all, it would be OK. However, we spent the vast majority of the time in the Plaza Mayor and the University, leaving a little time for one house with walls of shells along the route and definitely no time for the cathedrals except a cursory look at one wall of interest outside. A little more time management on each place you want to cover on a three hour tour would have been most interesting.
