  We had two perfect trips with Fabien! He is a master guide. Time and time again, he spotted all of the mantas, and sharks, and eagle rays before any of the other boats did. We saw black tipped sharks, a school of ten Eagle Rays, three huge Mantas Rays up close, a massive 6 foot long eel, and many, many exotic fish, including sea horses, needle fish, and pufferfish. He also found and let us hold a beautiful purple octopus and a huge bright orange sea cucumber. It was beyond our wildest expectations. He also put us at ease from the start and guided us through the experience at our own pace. Can’t wait to return again soon!

  Our excursion with Reef Discovery Bora Bora was absolutely amazing, and Captain Pierre made the experience truly unforgettable! From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly passionate about the marine life around Bora Bora. The highlight of the trip was snorkeling in the Coral Garden, where the vibrant colors and variety of marine species were breathtaking. Captain Pierre ensured we had plenty of time to explore and guided us to the best spots. His expertise made us feel safe while swimming among the coral, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. But the real thrill came when we encountered sharks and Manta Rays! Pierre’s enthusiasm was contagious as he shared fascinating insights about these incredible creatures. Seeing the graceful Manta Rays up close and witnessing sharks glide by was an exhilarating, once-in-a-lifetime moment. If you’re visiting Bora Bora, a tour with Reef Discovery and Captain Pierre is a must-do! This was hands-down one of the best excursions I’ve ever been on, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you, Captain Pierre, for an unforgettable adventure!

  Went on half day tour with Fabian from Bora Bora Pearl resort. It was amazing!! Fabian was really friendly and made the trip fun and knowledgeable. First stop was Eagle Rays. We saw maybe a group of about 50, amazing! And had a good 30 mins with them. Second stop even better as it was the Manta Rays, again not just one but 12. They are so beautiful and graceful. To top it off last stop was a truly beautiful coral garden, with many fish and coral, but best of all seahorses, tiny creatures you would not find on your own. Fabian was great all through, took good care of everybody and was great company. Highly recommend this trip.

  Aloha, My Husband and I are from Honolulu and this was our fourth trip to Bora Bora. We usually book the "Lagoon Tour" with our guide Coco who we absolutely love. This time we booked a private tour and met our captain Fabian. The boat was luxurious and looked new. We were very pleased to find Fabian spoke English and had a great knowledge of the island and its underwater environment. He guided us to new areas and coral gardens we have not seen before. We really had a great tour and Fabian was a fantastic captain and guide. Very much looking forward to returning next year. Mahalo

  We had an amazing experience with Fabien. We are a family of three with a seven year old daughter. She can swim but is not a confident swimmer. Fabian helped her feel at ease. He had a life preserver that she was able to hold onto while he brought her to different snorkeling locations. She thoroughly enjoyed the treasure hunt and seeing the coral gardens. He was extremely patient, kind, and funny. All the snorkeling locations were beyond my expectations. Although it is a child’s treasure hunt we had a great time seeing the marine life and learning about the different coral and fish. We would highly recommend this tour and Fabien!

  Fabien did such an amazing job providing a treasure hunt for me, my husband and 8 year old daughter! The mission included a treasure map, adventures on land & of course in the water. Fabien is so great with kids! He was an awesome story teller and so knowledgeable with fish & lagoon life. The snorkelling was amazing - he knew all the best spots - and he even dove down to take a picture of a Manta Ray for us! Thanks for a wonderful adventure Fabien!
