Welcome to our beloved North Germany.
I am a former and long-serving police officer, born and raised in Hamburg in the fourth generation. I know every stone, every street and every story in Hamburg and the surrounding area.
Enjoy your very own private 5-hour country tour of the outskirts of Hamburg in a luxury vehicle (Range Rover Sport or Mercedes V-Class).
On this trip there are three historical cities to see with several stops: Buxtehude, Jork and Stade!
To receive a personalized service, the tour is only for your private group of up to four people and includes refreshments on board. If your family or group is larger, we can increase to up to six people for an additional charge of 45 Euro pro additional guest .
Your professional driver will pick you up at your desired location and bring you back at the end of the tour.

What To Expect
Historische Altstadt von Buxtehude
Buxtehude was first mentioned in 959 and is surrounded by a moat. In the old town is the small Hanseatic port, where the restored sailing ship Margareta welcomes visitors. There are many historical buildings: the old mill, the old town hall, the Stavenort and the imposing Marschtorzwinger, part of the old city wall.
Jork
Jork is located on the river Elbe and is also called the "heart of the Altes Land" because Jork is surrounded by fruit plantations, the largest contiguous fruit growing area in Germany, a cultural landscape that is beautiful in every season. Whether it's the blossoming fruit trees in spring, cherries in summer and the many different types of plums, pears and apples in autumn - Jork offers a variety of leisure activities.

5.00We have used the Big Black Car Company before and found them to be excellent. Heiko met us at the port and took us on a tour of Jork and Stade. We visited an apple farm and tasted apfelkuchen and kirschkuchen which were fantastic. We were treated to a taste of Fancy Eggnog and a shot similar to gin along with a french pastry. We then moved on to Stade and spent an hour wandering on our own. Heiko had all the information we could have wanted on each place we visited and is a fantastic guide. I would highly recommend them. In fact I wish they were in other detinations as they are much better than the ship tours provided and better value.

5.00The day of our tour there was a blizzard in the Hamburg area. Despite that, our guide Eugene took us to Lübeck where we had a lovely visit to the Christmas Market. He was also extremely knowledgeable of the history of the area. First class tour!

5.00Heiko showed up in his big Landrover and took us for an short insight tour of Hamburg before we headed out to Bremen and Luneberg. We would never have seen so much or enjoyed local culture and cuisine in the short day that we had if not for Heiko ! One day we will be back for a longer visit and will be looking for Heiko again.
