5.00Vagif was a wonderful guide- picked us up on time, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave us great insight into Finnish culture along the way sharing notable sites on our ride to the Alpaca farm. Once we were there Vagif accompanied us to get the experience started and even took pictures and videos of us so we could capture our family experience. The interaction with the animals was great, super interactive, just long enough. We could engage with the animals for as long and as much as we wanted. I would highly recommend this experience especially with children, but was fun for all ages! Vagif went above and beyond, giving us restaurant recommendations, and ideas for experiences. Also the door to door pick up and drop off was super helpful.

5.00We booked a tour with pick up but accidentally selected the wrong date. Although they couldn’t pick us up on the day we thought we had booked, they still coordinated with the farm to accommodate us upon arrival. They were quick to respond and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly.

5.00Excellent experience! Easy booking process, clear guidance, reminder before trip, smooth experience at the place and even pictures afterwards. And Alpacas!!! They are adorable!!! Had so much pleasure and fun feeding and walking with them!! Bonus was that we could meet a lot of other cute animals at the farm. Recommend.

5.00Loved the tour! Was a little nervous since it was just my mum and I on this private tour but we really had nothing to worry about. Simple farm visit but the farm staff, Nella, was so kind and warm. She took the time to bring us around despite the rain and was really patient with all our questions. We had a lovely time with her at the farm, the alpacas are so cuuute! Our guide and driver, Ruslan (from Guidance Travel) met us directly at our hotel lobby and was very helpful! We had a great chat with him on the road, and he had so much knowledge and tips to share with us (we kinda wish we had met him earlier on our trip). We felt very taken care of the entire tour. Ruslan was even kind enough to drop us off at a market we wanted to visit after the tour. Highly recommend this tour and Guidance Travel!

5.00I took my mom and little sister as a surprise day trip. The ride to the farm was already interesting , our guide shared a lot about Finnish culture and nature. He really listened to what we were curious about. The farm itself was quiet and beautiful. We had the alpacas to ourselves and could walk at our own pace. They were so fluffy and cute ! Thank you Guidance and our guide Yaro

5.00This tour was one of our favorite things in Finland. The place is in nature, very calm. The guide was nice and told us about the animals. The alpacas were so cute and soft. We took lots of photos. Also the experience was fully private , it surprised us
