This has been the highlight of our Buenos Aires trip! The food is absolutely wonderful, not too hard to make, but extremely tasty! Saul is a delightful host, and we enjoyed our visit with him as much as the cooking experience itself. The tango instructor was fun and made for a memorable cultural experience.

This experience was a highlight of our trip! The tango instructor was so patient and friendly—we’re not natural dancers, but we advanced more than expected and had a blast. The cooking class with Saul was even more wonderful. His passion for teaching really shone through, and we loved hearing about his journey to becoming a chef. The empanadas were the best we’ve ever had, and we’re excited to try his recipe at home. The beef was tender, the potatoes crispy, and the homemade ice cream was easy and delicious. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended experience. The food was absolutely delicious, one of our best meals ever. And the dance class allows you to connect with each other and the root of Argentinian tango. She teaches you how to feel and how live Tango

Having this experience in Saúl’s home made it feel like a true local experience and that cooking these recipes at home is entirely doable. Saúl was warm, welcoming, and such a delight to be around. He shared a lot about himself and sought to get to know us just as well. My mother (70) and I really enjoyed cooking. The tango instructor was great - very friendly and outgoing though we just weren’t as up for it as we thought. She was kind in pivoting to tell us more about the history and customs which we appreciated. The tango lesson may not be for everyone but def rec’d cooking with Saúl!

An interesting experience and a good one. Lesson and food great but could be a little intense if you are the only couple attending and are not used to being given a lot of advice on how to dance/cook correctly The location is a private apartment in a residential area so don’t get freaked out if you see googles street view. We had no issues and an easy uber pick up/ drop off . If we ever in BA we would do it again. Thanks Saul for making this an enjoyable event

We had the absolute best time with Saul & Analia. They were both so passionate about what they do and you can tell they really love teaching. My husband and I try and go to a cooking class whenever we travel and this was super applicable in ways to make easy and delicious meals! You will not be disappointed by this experience. Cannot say enough good things! Book it!

Tango lesson was easy, fun & awakening on the way our instructor explained the process. My 88 year old mother became a professional tango dancer & is ready to go to a milonga! My husband & I realized that we just have to feel each other, especially his & move with him. We would recommend this to everyone visiting Buenos Aires! Saul was easy & a joy to watch & for us to follow his cooking techniques. He’s a marvelous host & teacher. It was my mom’s birthday & he made quite unforgettable!

Stop Searching—Saul’s Cooking Class was the highlight of our trip to Argentina! If you’re considering a cooking class in Argentina, stop looking right now—Saul’s experience is everything you could hope for and more. From the moment we stepped into his charming home, we felt welcomed, inspired, and ready to dive into the rich flavors of Argentine cuisine. We started with beef empanadas, carefully guided by Saul as he shared his tips for the perfect filling and fold. Each bite of the golden, flaky pastry was pure heaven. The main event was Argentine rib eye with chimichurri sauce, expertly grilled and paired with the freshest, zestiest sauce we’ve ever tasted. Saul’s passion for his craft shines through every detail, and he made the process feel both approachable and fun. To finish, we crafted dulce de leche—a rich, caramel dream that left us licking our spoons and planning how soon we could recreate it at home. But beyond the delicious food, what made this experience truly unforgettable was Saul himself. His warmth, humor, and storytelling made us feel like we were cooking with an old friend. This class wasn’t just about learning recipes—it was about connecting with Argentine culture through its flavors and traditions. Hands down, this was the highlight of our entire trip. Don’t miss out on this experience—it’s worth every moment.

What a fun idea to get to know a community: learn their dance and learn to cook local cuisine. Saul’s class was a double win! The dancing portion helped us come away with very practical ideas. And the menu - just wow! Again, we came away with a wonderful meal, practical new cooking techniques, and such a lovely evening. Highly recommended!
