3.00Tan son nhat airport was the most busy air port when flights to the usa was daily,landing was an experience reminding of the time when I work there as a pilot,the airport is a unmissable landing place for anyone learning to fly jumbo jets and air bus. From distraction looking out of the plane and seeing the buildings along the saigon river,the banks and the roads in a busy urban area where it was home for half a million americans .

1.00We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel. We received confirmation of the booking. When we arrived at the airport there was no driver waiting. We called and were told to wait in a certain area. We then had to wait 30 minutes for a driver. Someone just came and grabbed our bag and indicated to follow them. There was communication and no apologies. Very poor service and a disappointing experience. Will never use this company again.

5.00I used it on my first trip to Vietnam! We were planning to catch the evening flight and arrive at night, but the weather near the airport was bad and we were delayed by more than an hour, and immigration was very crowded and we were excited to see if you would stay. When we left the airport, it was hard to find many people to meet us, but it was very good because they picked us up immediately and we were able to get to the hotel smoothly. I was tired because of delays and congestion, so it was smooth and I was glad to go. It is expensive compared to the glove, but the glove is extremely crowded and I recommend it because it was easy just at the beginning of the trip considering finding a place to get on! Also, the driver was a local, but even if he didn't speak Vietnamese, he had no problem at all, and even if he didn't speak English, it was fine!
