1.00Worst of all ⤵️pick-up and drop-off, 1. I didn’t know where to meet the driver at the arrival lobby so I looked pretty hard and ended up at the end of the arrival lobby, and also, since the driver only knew English because I didn’t know his name at the time of booking, I won’t use it again 😤

5.00Representative met us promptly upon entering the immigration area and fed us through the correct immigration line to bypass the large crowd and got us to our luggage timely once we got through immigration. She then walked us outside to connect with our driver.

We missed our flight due to a maintenance issue on the plane and had to send the night in another country before catching the flight the next day to Ho Chi Minh City. I emailed them and they were able to accommodate our flight change with no issues. Driver was already waiting for us at the meeting point when we arrived and was very nice and professional. Will use this company again for all other rides in the future.
