Step 1 – Booking Confirmation After booking, guests will receive a confirmation email from Mora Bali. Please make sure your flight number, arrival time, and hotel, villa address are entered correctly to ensure a smooth pickup experience. Step 2 – Reconfirmation One day before your transfer, your operations team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to reconfirm all details. The driver’s name and phone number will also be shared at that time. Step 3 – Meeting Point Airport: The driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), holding a sign with your name on it. Hotel: Pickup will take place in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Port: For Sanur, Serangan, or Padang Bai ports, the driver will wait at the main entrance of the fast boat terminal. Step 4 – The Journey Once you meet your driver, your luggage will be assisted into the vehicle. Enjoy a comfortable ride in a Toyota Hiace Premio with air conditioning, spacious seating, complimentary bottled water, and free Wi-Fi. Step 5 – Drop-off You will be safely dropped off at your destination — whether it’s a hotel, villa, airport, or tourist attraction. The driver will help unload your luggage and ensure everything is in order. Step 6 – Completion and Feedback After your trip, you’ll receive a thank-you message along with a link to leave your feedback or review.
