Date: Wed, Apr 15, 2026 at 8:50 PM Subject: Recent scuba trip with Captain Rich -SAFETY ISSUE ISSUE: A group of 7 booked with you through TripAdvisor for Mon March 23 at 10 am. Confirmation # was 1372830611 Boat was dirty, and the hatch door was broken and was swinging outward the whole trip. Dashboard was torn up. He was on his cell phone almost the ENTIRE time, including taking photos of us without our permission. Then his cell phone battery ran out. He was paying little attention to the surroundings and we had to repeatedly warn him about approaching watercraft, buoy lines, etc. He pointed to a boat he had hit the week before! Once we got to the snorkel position (above shipwreck), we went in for 30 mins or so. Upon returning to the boat, we were informed that the LADDER was broken!!!! It was missing a bolt on one side so that it was dangling and not usable in the water. He tried to lift us on board, which was both unsafe and unsuccessful. We had to be RESCUED by a nearby boat, Arubaxtremevibes, whose captain (Captain Andreas) offered to board us. He accompanied us back toward shore to shallower water, where we tied up and transferred back to the Come and Enjoy boat. I don't even know if his radio worked, but he had no cell phone to call for assistance. And didn't apologize or act disturbed by the incident. Additional issues 1) Captain Rich was 15 min late, to begin with. 2) There was only water on board, no sodas as listed on the website. 3) He dropped us off 15 mim early, but we were so shaken we didn't push on that. OUTCOME: I would like a full refund for this disaster of a trip. I've not yet posted an online review, because I wanted to give your business the opportunity to make things right. Great boat ride and stops for snorkeling. Saw turtles in one area and tons of beautiful fish in another reef area. Awesome!

Very inconsiderate company. They obviously over book, as they left us standing on the beach for 75 minutes waiting with no water as they were out with another family. They kept telling us just another 15 minutes...like 5 times. We ended up leaving afterv15 minutes as 2 of us had headaches already from dehydration. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Chris was a wonderful captain. We enjoyed the boat and snorkeling. Booking was very easy and quick, it was a last minute addition to our trip so we were glad we were able to get it arranged. The water was a bit choppy but Chris handled it well.

We booked a private snorkeling trip and this is a MUST DO! JR and his crew were great. It was the highlight of our vacation. We look forward to doing it again next time we are in Aruba.

Booked this tour a few weeks before our trip. The day before the tour, they cancelled on us with no actual reason. We wrote back to them with our disappointment they offered an alternative tour operator that was more money and it could be paid via Zelle or cash app 🤨 Seemed like a scam. Beware.
